This should be fixed now, apologies for any inconvenience.

A hotfix patch was applied last night for something in this area and it had a temporary side-effect overnight (GMT) of causing some requests to fail. The cause of the issues with requests has been resolved now, so they should all go through if you try again.

If you would like your race to be re-run that can also be organised, the league host just needs to make a request in the race re-run thread.

If you need further assistance with account-level issues, please open a helpdesk ticket in-game and we'll get that sorted for you.

I've saved strategies several times on several accounts and it worked every time. To double check that you weren't having issues, I also just logged in as you (admins do that with a click of a button, we don't see any account credentials just FYI) and set your Driver 1 to a one-stop on Hard tyres, which you should see on your account. That also worked.

Can you explain in more detail or share a video of what exactly is not working?

While discussing this, I also want to clarify one thing, I've seen several people say this was part of the 4.034 update that went out. FTR, it has absolutely nothing to do with that update and was made 48-72 hours after that was released (depending on which OS you use).

What happened overnight (GMT) was a server-side patch that meant the data sent to the servers was handled differently, to increase the reliability of requests, ironically. It was intended to only allow genuine requests through, which is why it impacted the success/failure of some requests overnight.
