A hotfix patch was applied last night for something in this area and it had a temporary side-effect overnight (GMT) of causing some requests to fail. The cause of the issues with requests has been resolved now, so they should all go through if you try again.
I want to clarify once again that this is not due to the latest update, this update itself is being very stable and we will continue to work on improving stability and soon on a major update that will greatly improve the gameplay.
About the affected leagues, I have taken care of reruning the race occupying the next available slot and moving the rest of the calendar to the following dates. Additionally I have sent 3 tokens as compensation, I hope this can help the affected managers and their respective teams.
