Race re-run requests due to service issues

Hi, I host Peaceful Spirits, League ID 140459, may I politely request a re-run of our GB race. For some reason, presumably due to the clock change and the fact that our race starts at 23:30 and so tilts over to the next day, we found ourselves facing the interesting prospect of racing in Australia and GB on the same day (Oct 31) and the same time. The original calendar order of races was Austrailia (Oct 31) GB (Nov 1)
I'd be grateful if the GB race could be re-run please. I'd appreciate a quick answer, if at all possible because we have several members who like to set up soon after the last race,

Hi our league has been a bit messed up with times showing wrong for a few people since DST happened especially people on NZ/AUS they have been getting locked out 1 hour 10 mins before the race due to start. 

We also should race Monday wed and Fridays 11am (UK time) this morning our race that was meant to be tmrw Malaysia started (tueday) can this be set for a re run tmrw pls 
 In the league settings page Mon wed and Friday or selected and 11am set for the race time but on the schedule it's set for Tuesday thrurs and Sat dates

We had some strange issues in our race today. Around 15th lap or so, everyone was kicked out of the race. When we finally got back, there happened lots of strange things. I was on softs, just like many other teams, who were meant to be on mediums. Tyre age was not updating between us getting back to the game and next pit stop. Also after we got back, we noticed that, all of our fuel for next stint was decreasing lap by lap. We had to set the fuel again on the last lap before the stop to get it set correctly

Could we please have a re-run for our race?

I have set the race for Thursday as requested. Everything should be correct.


Also for you, I have set the re-run for tomorrow as requested.

Our races shouldn't be Thursday as per the league settings they are Monday Wednesday and Friday! Can this be changed so we race it tmrw and the rest of the dates should just be Monday wed and Friday 

RE: Jonathon Mushrow; If you look into the League Schedule Bruno it should be Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday 00:00 GMT +13hrs, which equates to Mon-Wed-Fri 11:00am GMT (UK). This has been a long standing issue with Daylight Savings time throwing the calendar out. Now lately there has been a lockout 1hr and 10mins before the race, prior to daylight savings in the UK but after daylight savings in NZ. Both Browser and app were set to automatic timezone and race time of 1am.. app showed 01:00am GMT +13hrs, the browser showed 01:00am GMT +12hrs. I set them both manually to the same 1am +13hrs and it still locked me out 1hr 10mins before the race, then i set both to the original time of midnight and it locked out an hour and 10mins before the race AND ran the race on the wrong day. It actually had shuffled the entire calendar. There is something wrong somewhere. Could well be that the browser is a Tues midnight is the start of the day and the app Tuesday midnight is the end of the day (Wednesday).

Hi we had server issues in our 230 race this afternoon which prevented players to get into the race. The race started approx 10mins later which meant some people didn't attend cos they thought the issue would last longer. Any chance of a rerun of the race please 

3 hours ago I logged in and all was back to normal jist re logged in and Malaysia race meant to be Friday was locked out now its unlocked but showing as racing tmrw we have never raced a Thursday 11am ans not meant to what is going on why is it always changed we have it set to be Mon wed and Fri at 11am UK time but something is going on to mess this up can someone please help us with the ridiculous situation

At one stage of the race, all managers were kicked from the race. It took many minutes for some to get back in and some manager’s fuel was miscalculated as a result. Other errors occurred throughout the race leading to managers being unable to run their race effectively after the full grid disconnect. Because of this, we feel a rerun or a wipe of these results is necessary to provide everyone with an equal chance again.  Thanks! 

It's worth noting that it wasn't an even problem for all. Some were affected far more than others. Some just had visual glitches. Others had their wet tyres changed to inters, others had pits locked so couldn't adjust fuel, others were out of the game for a longer duration etc

Italian iGP (November 26)

Same issue as our last race rerun in Spain. Everyone disconnected, cars then piled in the pit lane, boost wasn’t working properly, the timing boards were broken—even missing some names on it completely. The race was very glitchy from lap 1 as well. It may be worth noting in that this is the 2nd wet race in a row since the update that we have had this issue, possibly weather related glitch? Anyway, if we could have this resolved like the last one that would be great! Thanks!

After the connection issues, cars were moving then stopping, moving then stopping constantly. Then when we pitted, the cars just stopped on the last hairpin before pit entry. Quitting and rejoining placed everyone's cars off the track by the Italy flag. After that, none of us could see what was happening with the actual race.

Don't know if it's weather related, ran the same track the day before in similar conditions (Project Leyendas league) with no issues. Possibly timing related since it's the middle of the night local time for devs? Seems to have been one instance where the simulation broke on both days so I'm curious if anything was going on on the server side those nights that wasn't supposed to be able to affect races but had an affect on reconnect anyway. Just a thought though.

I am the host of Supreme League, and we had a buggy race after lap 10/11. The problems were witnessed by all online managers, as was mentioned perfectly in the thread here.

Please we need to re-run the race in USA and postpone to next monday. Here is the link of the race.
