Unable to place bid on driver

Nothing. It happens for all listed drivers where there is a clock instead of options to bid or buy.

Hi, I set my wet weather preference to full wet tyres if over 0mm rain and in my first pit stop it refitted me with mediums. Obviously it cost me a pit stop and several places. This happened last season too and although I reported it, no one got back to me.

It’s a recurring problem and I’m not sure if it’s just me but this bug needs fixing!
