Domanda: Cosa hai provato a fare?

Risposta: ho provato ad uscire e rientrare sia con il telefono che tramite PC.

Domanda: Cosa è successo invece?

Risposta: non è cambiato nulla

Domanda: su quale dispositivo si è verificato il bug (App, browser,...)

Risposta: Si è verificato sia su App con dispositivo Oppo A9 2020 con sistema Android 11, e tramite portatile Acer con Windows 11.

Domanda: l'errore può essere riprodotto?

Risposta: non so se riaccadrá anche oggi.

Il boost non andava, esempio: io premevo l'icona del boost e si accendeva (cioè veniva l'icona sopra la macchina) ma non si consumava e rimaneva al 100%.

Spinte, esempio: io potevo spostare la spinta ma la temperatura delle gomme non calava e provando ad uscire e rientrare e pulendo le cache rimaneva alla prima spinta messa da me, (avevo messo ad inizio gara 4 per scaldare le gomme ma successivamente non cambiava anche mettendo 1.

Il problema è accaduto per ogni partecipante online durante la gara con annesse prove.

Ciao, per rifare la gara, credo che devi mandare la richiesta qui. Scrivi l'id della tua lega, la gara che vuoi che venga rifatta e la motivazione.

Ciao Lorenzo, come dice Alessandro quello è il posto dove scrivere, in inglese, per chiedere la ripetizione della gara. Leggi bene le avvertenze lì presenti e ricorda che in caso la domanda venga accolta, la gara viene ripetuta per tutte e tre le categorie. Intanto inoltro la segnalazione, grazie per le informazioni molto dettagliate.

Grazie mille dell'aiuto, ho notato che il mio campionato è il primo con le nuove regole attive ed è l'unico che ha avuto questi problemi (mi pare), spero che questo bug potrete sistemarlo.

Ciao Lorenzo, ti riporto qui una risposta data direttamente da Jack Basford in merito ad un problema del tutto simile segnalato sul forum portoghese. Purtroppo non ho tempo adesso di tradurla, spero non sia un problema il fatto che è in inglese. Se hai bisogno di delucidazioni chiedi pure.

Hi, This is a behaviour we have seen during testing, and it is caused by someone using an outdated version. I can say, with some confidence, that this was almost certainly caused by someone managing to sneak in to the race on an outdated version. Someone may not have cleared their web browser cache, or not updated their windows app version or android version or iOS version. Please ensure that everyone in your league is updated to 4.100, because if just one person is not using version 4.100 then they can cause everyone to suffer network issues, causing them to be unable to use the user interface. This is caused by complex network interactions and is not easily fixed, this is one of the major reasons why we had to make 4.100 a mandatory update. We have tried our best to force everyone to upgrade, now we must ask you to weed out anyone in the league who has not updated to ensure that this does not happen again.
