Watching live

Watch the race live does not work on the app for 2 days for me now..

What do you see when you try to watch the race?

Are you able to spectate races?

Did spectating races give a problem?

Yup, when i want to spectate the race. I press watch live and the only thing what happend is loading....

So, to clarify, watching your own races is not possible, and you also cannot watch races from the Spectate button on the Home page?

To test something else that might point to a connection problem: If you click on a staff/driver in the transfers tab, do you see the countdown clock ticking down towards the end of the auction?

If you don't mind can you tell me what continent you live on? For example Austrlia, North America, United Kingdom....

Go to the settings icon which is in the bottom left-hand corner of the menu tab, check your race view quality and set it to very low if it Isn't already. Then try that, it worked for me.

I would recommend spectating a race first on low quality to figure out if the method works or not.

Can you set the race viewer quality to the lowest setting in your account settings?

Does the problem happen over wi-fi, cellular data, or both?
