Race re-run requests

This thread is only for requests to re-run a race affected by a problem with the service.
Requests for races not affected by service issues will be ignored.

Re-run requests can only be fulfilled if all of the below conditions are met.

1. Only league hosts can submit re-run requests

2. If you are a league host, you must provide the name of your league and name of the race affected

3. The request must be for the most recent race in your league at the time of your post. Races going back further than this time cannot be re-run.

4. The request must be made at least 12 hours before the next race time.


What happens when a race is set to be re-run?

• Results, stats changes, financial transactions and more are reversed relating to that race.


• All tiers are postponed, not just the one affected, in order to keep the calendar in sync. It is the responsibility of the league host to get consensus on this from his or her leaguemates before making the request.

What can a league host do if a race cannot be re-run?

• If a race is unable to be re-run, the results can be deleted and omitted from the championship upon request from the league host.

This race finished less than one minute and no managers could log in.

Please note this is the second day in a row we have had to request a re run do to technical issues.

Can we ask another re-run tomorrow? This one is not completed either... actually it didn't even started then jumped to the next one with yesterday results...

Same here, rerun didn't work

yesterday's race was removed, today there was no race, there were results from yesterday. please remove this problem and cancel the results of this race.

I am the host of league of champions.  Can we rerun brazil again.  It didn't take anyones setup like everyone has said above has happened.

The same problem like yesterday. No quali results, only few people could join the race, and few minutes after race we got reloaded results after yesterday's race.

People couldn't log in for the re-run's yesterday's race at Singapore. Same results as yesterday was repeated.

Please re-run our race that has just failed to start. It said gateway error 10 mins before the setup deadline so this stopped some people being able to setup their car and until now it does not allow to post comments in the league section.

It has started at 11:10am GMT (10 mins late) but some of us were unable to complete setup. I informed everyone in the live race that I have already tabled a request to re-run the race.
