Are you sure this happened as you said? No other report about it and we didn't changed how the pit works on this version. Personally even if this is as you said or not, I don't think that the whole league should be affected just for your issue. On the other hand as the main post says "This thread is only for requests to re-run a race affected by a problem with the service. Requests for races not affected by service issues will be ignored.". We're going to be more strict with this from now on.

But why you can simply approved other managers requesting even though some of their requests are not affected by service issues (Why always when you see my requesting, then you must reply me with the word of "We're going to be more strict with this from now on."). I don't know what things that I did wrong to you, I just try to be nice to you and you always keep ignoring all my logically requests. And I also know that what you and Jack did in the community quick race ["XX" out the 1st and 2nd most developed car in the race], c'mon... ...no racism plz.
p/s: I don't think your reply can get 12 likes in just 1 hour because there are only a few peoples to see the forum and 5% of the peoples (Only those managers who are really emergency to request for re-running the race & 2 or 3 moderators) who are surfing in the forum will click into the "race re-run request".

I ask you to be careful with the accusations you’re doing. Apparently you’re the only one that didn’t understood the jokes about “hacks or cheats” on the QR. FYI it’s totally impossible to hack the game, even for us.
About the racism accusation, that’s something very severe. Please be careful with your comment. Our staff team has workers from countries all around the world, we take it very seriously.
I saw your league comments and a few managers are angry with your decision, again, service fault is when our server crash or people is unable to join the race. As your league mate said, the issue that you described is properly from a lag spike on the client side, not the server side.
I understand how frustrating this should be for you, but we need to guarantee that your league members have fair conditions so we reject your race rerun request.

Secondly, you said that a few managers are angry with my decision but I think you are wrong.

Thirdly, community manager and the founder are able to change the database of the game...so, it can be a joke like what you said and it also can't be a joke
Fourthly, plz be fair to every managers and try not frustrate manager in the game. Thanks. I know that my English is suck but I'm still try my best to let you understand my language.
Fifth, you can move my thread to the bug section (at least let others know the bug) if you don't want to do the re-run.
