Hi all can i please request a re run for our last race at Japan. I couldn't get to the race but it seems the other managers had a few problems. 1. they had problems getting into the race and 2 when they did get into the race they had trouble staying in.

My league needs today's race redone as we were supposed to have had the day off.

I messed up our schedule in trying to postpone races. Not fully understanding the process. With the exception of today's race(USA), Kristine Del Rosario was able to help restore most of the schedule.

We'd like to have a break from Dec. 24-Dec. 26th. If you are able to reschedule the USA race right after the break or even as our next race without affecting our break, it would be greatly appreciated.

In addition. it's been brought up to my attention that some managers used tokens to prep for the requested rerun race(USA).

The last race was scheduled for the 27th, I postponed the races after last nights race but when i logged on today to collect my daily, no races were postponed! and therefore couldnt postpone todays race. teams fighting for the championship effected across both pro and Elite
Please can you sort this so our 4th round in USA runs on the 27th

Hi Yunus - appreciate its holidays but is there any chance this request from our league host can be done? The next race runs at 6pm GMT and we could do with time to set up etc.

Yesterday 11-01 our race repeated it's self and we want to ask for a rerun becourse our nr 1 Finischer of race 1 was in the seconde race 15th.

It was affected by the bug last night that re-ran the race after the original result.

The league is :-

League not found or inactive

Our League host flagged this last night to have the result changed - but hasn’t been online since.

Our next race (final race of season - with everything to play for) is due to start at 6pm GMT today - so we need it doing ASAP to give everyone chance to set up etc for the re-run.

Hi all, I would just like to explain why these races have only been reset for a re-run at the last minute, as I realise your leagues may not have a lot of time to prepare now (I won't be surprised if a couple of you ask for another re-run, but we can do that).

Some of the requests themselves were rather late in the day and we only had one support person on duty this weekend. Sadly their family has had a medical emergency which means that they could not be present. In the end, José has picked up the situation but it was all a bit last-minute, with it being the weekend.

Apologies again for any inconvenience this has caused you and your leaguemates. I hope you all are able to prepare in time and that you can forgive us for the erratic service in the pat 24 hours. We already have contingency plans and will be working on solutions to what happened for the future. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
