Race re-run requests

our race in Germany today started ten minutes after the regular start time, half of the usual attendees in Elite didn't attend because of this. The race ID I have is 24014684, the league name is IGP Champions and the race time should have been 7pm BST

is the league race still being reset in my league? we would like to prepare would be sons distortion of competition

My league is called World Grand Prix and I am the league owner. 
My race got ruined by a glitch which caused me to have to make 2 extra pit stops and it cost me the win.
I had just pitted for a new set of inters because the track was drying up but not dry enough for dry tyres but on the next lap I got automatically pitted for a set of soft tyres (I had it set so it should have only pitted me if the track was dry for 9 laps which it wasn't it had only just started drying and the inters were supposed to be used for 11 laps because I put 11 laps of fuel in the car at the pit stop). 
Because of this I had to make another unnecessary pit stop to go back on to inters which wouldn't have happened without the glitch. Without the time I lost from the 2 extra pit stops caused by the glitch I would have won the race but instead I finished second. Because of this I would like the race to be re run so the championship doesn't get unfairly compromised. It was the Japanese GP elite tier.

I'm the host of Formula Spin league (ID: 110599)
Due to some bugs I ask for a re-run of today's race in Spain.
The problems were:
-Lag of the server, specially of some drivers
-DRSs taken when the driver was 1.6s to the next car
-A driver lost 0.7 lap of fuel in the last stint (It went down from 8.0 to 6.3 in a lap)
Next race (Monaco GP) is planned on 27th, I have to postpone this race on a further date to make the re-run?

I've set your Spain GP to race again tomorrow. :)

Due to a problem I ask for a re-run of today's race in Turkey.
The problems was that our race was planned for 4.30 p.m. (italian time) and the F1 race finished at 4.15 p.m., so some players weren't able to do the strategies.

Unfortunately, this isn't a valid request. Only races affected by the service are re-run.

Done now! I've commented on the league wall as well, with additional information!

Anyone there?

To avoid problems with the championship program, I ask you to cancel the previous request made (I hope that next time you will be faster to respond to this type of needs)

Request made 9 hours ago ... 14 hours before the next grand prix .... so much earlier than the required 12 hours

I've read through your league and I see there may have been some confusion in regards to why some players had received Intermediate tyres.

We recently updated Advanced Strategy options to function in a more convenient manner. From the latest iGP Manager blog post:


The first stage can also prevent issues where Intermediate tyres are ideal for qualifying, but due to increasing water depths, Intermediate tyres are no longer ideal, and vice-versa, where Wet or Intermediate tyres are ideal for qualifying but due to a drying track, Intermediate or dry tyres respectively are more ideal. It will now be important for all players to make sure they have adjusted their advanced strategy options in instances like these.

Thus, from what I can infer in your league's discussion, there was not a bug and everything was functioning as intended.
Players may not have been aware if they did not check the announcement when there was a link available at the top of the home page for the past two days.

I confirm what you have written and I learned about the change after the Great Britain race (I admit that I and most of the teams in the league hadn't been updated on the changes regarding the advanced strategies)! From an internal survey we therefore decided to repeat the race even though we knew it was not a BUG .. so I requested a repeat of the race respecting the will of the majority. Thanks for the reply (even if not timely)! Good day!

We like the British GP to be rerun since the majority of players didn't get the right starting tyre (W) fitted, but another one instead (I).




I read your answer Yunus, but I didn't find it anywhere in the blog, where it said that advanced strategy had to be adjusted as well, if the right starting tyre was already selected. I don't remember it being that way in the recent past either, but I could be wrong about that.


I do therefore kindly ask you that our league race may be run again, since the majority of elite players didn't get the starting tyre fitted they thought they would, but started on another tyre.
