Is This a Fair Ban?

I bid on a level 13 driver before it got patched and won it i used him for 5 races last season and now since its the beginning of a season is it ok to be banned from the league for using him? (the league owner says its unfair and a cheat)

Fair or not, it is his league, he makes the rules ;)

Do you have a link to the driver? I am curious to about his stats 

it is only for is personal gain as he will win the championship without a doubt now as i cant use him this is the link to the driver

Are there any rules for the league?  Since it's a password protected league, we can't view it without the password.

no there were no rules for the league we never specified anything so i thought that it was fair and i bought him. now since he cant win every race he is using his power

Oh, well he is quite heavy. It is nice to have a driver with bigger level but that's not everything, far from it.

Look at this driver, he have minimum weight and maximum stamina. I almost at the very bottom of my league in terms of my level and my car stats. But with that driver, I entered 5 races, got 5 poles, got 5 wins and got 5 fastest laps, with almost the worst car, and he is only talent 2 and level 6 now (was level 4 or 5 when I got him I think).

Regardless of drivers attributes, if there were no rules preset prior to start of season or agreed upon by a majority vote by members You are able to request iGP to look into it. It's been my experience that bully-like behavior from anyone is not acceptable here nor should it be anywhere else. More so coming from a host.  Here is the latest one;  misconduct

I don’t think it is, after all they betrayed you, if you want you can join the league where I am

Definetly it was unfair behavior, to kick you and should not be tolerated. 

Thanks everyone, Self im just looking for a league with 3 or 4 races a week as i have school. Thanks for the offer though.

i cant go into the league as it is a priv league for me and our mates including him.
i do want to be apart of the league as it is my mates but i just want fair racing

and yes it was the host who banned me
