In my honest opinion it is not fair that a manager of lower level manager to buy a driver of a higher level even due to a bug. It isn't fair on other managers in the same league as clearly this will be disadvantage to all the rest of manager's. And to make it fair to all you must not use that driver. Let say he did purchase the driver with ill intend. Wouldn't the game enforce the weight restrictions on said driver?

But I don't agree with unfair removal from the league. League admin must discuss and manager with high level driver must come to an agreement to not use the driver. If this can be reached than I don't see why you can't go back to that league and race there.  You say what!!!????  WHy!? That says the host was right to kick him out to begin with. Imo, if it wasn't previously internally agreed prior to the start of the season; the host adheres to the circumstances till next season where a poll can go up to reach a league's decision. I can guess there was no such agreement bc this is a low % unforeseen event.
But as from what I read you wish to keep this higher level driver and still race in that league after the admin refused you to use him. Don't see what choice the league admin has but to remove you to keep it a fair and level racing field.

He got kicked out for something that isn't illegal or banned by iGP. Why would any host be above iGP chain of command? That's the issue here.

Only running one tyre compound in a race is not banned or illegal in iGP either but being kicked is the end result for non compliance in most leagues that run an "unofficial" two compound rule.

It is also not uncommon for managers who experience the 100% acceleration start of season design bug to be kicked if they refuse to do anything about it.

It's all about keeping it fair for everyone in the league and not allowing a bug to skew it in favour of one team.

The manager who got kicked out from league is level 6 but the driver he purchased in question is level 14. This is the issue as per the rules of the game no manager is supposed to purchase Staff, driver's or have HQ's above manager level. So as this manager is level 6 he can't buy driver higher than his level especially 8 levels higher.

There was some glitch in the system where he managed to do so and got himself an illegal driver with higher stats. But rest of the manager's in his league are within the manager level as should be. The league admin noticed this clearly as the illegal driver with higher stats clearly had strong performance. This makes it unfair for the rest of the teams and it is no more a level playing field.

For example if the manager was of higher level let's say level 14 and he got a level 14 driver compared to rest of the manager's level 6 and then he outperforms them then that's within the rules and nothing illegal about that. Also then the manager with level 14 would have weight added to slow him down to make it fair. This is how game works.

But as in this case manager level is 6 but illegal driver level is 14 he doesn't have weight added on to slow him down as this isn't supposed to happen within the rules of the game but has only happened due to a bug. And therefore the manager has gained an illegal advantage over rest of the manager's. In this case the league admin should discuss the issue with the manager to not use this illegal driver. If the manager agrees than everything is ok but if he insist on using the illegal driver to get an unfair advantage then league admin should be able to remove the manager to keep it a level playing field in the league.

There has been rare cases where after some season ends some manager's cars design point weren't reset so they end up having a fully developed car at start of a new season as they had it at end of last season. But not all manager's in the league had this glitch. Now this manager would simply over power every other manager and win almost every race. As per you this is ok and fair? This actually happened to me and to be fair with my fellow league members I messaged devs to reset my car design points.

Bottom line is a in normal within game rules a level 6 manager cannot buy a level 14 driver. This is not same as a level 6 manager gets lucky and finds himself a talent 20 driver with level 6. Two complete differrent scenarios. No league admin can see this bug taking place and would not publish stating if you do buy a illegal higher level driver than your manager level you will be removed. Unless they can see future.
