As many of you will have experienced tonight, there was a 10 minute or so interruption to service and the site and apps have been less responsive than usual. We are aware of reasons for this and will be rolling out some improvements over the next few days, but mainly in the next 24 hours to improve the situation.
By that I mean the bulk of the improvements will be ready by tomorrow evening, and then some further improvements may be made in the days after that. Our sincere apologies to anyone whose routine was disrupted this evening.
Will you be resetting races for those that couldn't setup?
The everyday50 race is still running 1hr 30mins after it should have started and I couldn't setup for my 9pm race.

Please Jck we need a postponement of tonight's races and replay them tomorrow. I have been unable to do practice, Set up and strategy. Thanks for you efforts tonight and keep up good work. Great game.
In about 20 minutes any races which are stuck in "live" mode and not actually running will be skipped. Although we could recover many of these they are well past their start time and it would not be fair on everyone who can not attend.
Practice laps should be working as of 20 minutes ago or so (provided your race is not in any unusual state currently).

All the races that were stuck have now been skipped. The reason we waited so long after the incident was to be sure no races that were still running were caught up in the process.
Stuart, your league is set to run again tomorrow. Now I'll get some sleep. Everything is back in working order. Thanks again everyone for your patience tonight.
