2nd driver had no problems, driver one had 2 runs with this issue from last night. Times 18:45 GMT hopefully he just down to heavy load.

Can not "Go to race". reconnecting / Still connecting... (Then: "Problem connecting, please reload")
Neither in browser (on mac, w Safari and Chrome) nor in iOS app.

Same problem happened some minutes ago in our league.
Elite and Rookie races ended with no issues, while the Pro race stopped to work and kicked every user out.
Pro racers still see the race as it was live, when it would have ended at least 20 minutes ago.

As host of the league, I'm running a poll to ask Pro player if the want to restart the race or just skip it.
But I'm not sure if these are our only options, or if we have choices at all.

Sorry there seems to have been a problem with one of the servers, the same one that had issues last night. However, it is for a totally different reason. We are looking in to it.

The races that were due at 7pm will just be getting going now. Sorry for the delay, we had to manually take the faulty server out of circulation and move them to a working server.

We are investigating what is going on with this problematic server.

Thanks for looking into it, Jack. What about the races that got stuck? Will those still continue or get skipped or rerun?

Unfortunately your race will need to be skipped Gert. We don't like restarting a race 2 hours after its official start time in situations like this. It often causes more problems than it solves (i.e. people who can't get in to manage it). Sorry about that, we are very disappointed to have had such issues two nights in a row now, but tonight the issues were isolated to one server rather than anything broader.

Hmm, yes, the race started 10min late, which as much as I understand was due server problems. However, after we were able to join, the race froze again around lap 7 or 8 and we're unable to rejoin it.
Just wondering if it's worth waiting on it or it's getting skipped?

Ok, good to know, then I don't need to check in regularly this evening to see if it is running again. Just pitty for the comfortable lead I had in the race.

I believe I have already skipped this race, can you check? You should have a mail in your inbox and some free Tokens to compensate you for the inconvenience of this evening. This is our standard procedure for such situations.

Unfortunatelly I have not recieved any mails or tokens and race is still showing as "Live". No results, no nothing as for now.

No need to apologize. I understand it's a big task to deal with all the problems and things go wrong time to time.

Ah, I can see your race was not in the batch I did a little while ago. As it was starting at 18:00 GMT it will be dealt with in the next 15-20 minutes.

same here, the race is apparently still running ("Go to race" button appears) but it should have ended by now.

Okay, thank you for the quick response Jack.
Hope you'll have a good evening and won't have too much work on your shoulders tonight.

P.S. probably not the place to report a minor "bug", but time zones are a bit incorrect when you do league settings. It shows the wrong time zone - clock (9pm) is correct/accurate, but it should be GMT+2, not +3.
