Holtengo problemas con los anuncios, en cada anuncio se bloquea y se vende, otras veces tengo que ver hasta tres veces el anuncio para que me haga la pieza, otras veces al intentar el segundo video consecutivo me quede pensando y tengo que reiniciar

El juego está actualizado, limpiado caché, iespañol todos los pasos realizados

If you're having trouble watching ads, please answer the following questions below:
1. Is the iGP Manager application updated and current as of March 27, 2018?
2. Did you try to re-install the application?
3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?
4. If on Android, did you try clearing the cache? WARNING: Only do this if your account is linked with an email and password or Facebook. Device-only accounts (those created by pressing "Skip" on sign-up) may be signed out by this process and cannot be recovered without contacting us for support. 5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts?
6. What country are you located in?
7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen?
8. How many parts are you able to receive per day before an error appears?

7 loading circle, unable to give reward. Could not validate reqest. Now free parts have light blue colour with watch piktogram. Its unaveliable to click on it about 9 days :(
About some days have no parts for funny in game.

7) When I go into the parts pop-up, the 'watch ad' button shows a three point visual which keeps all the time loading.

Usually I received 10 parts per day without any trouble.
Now it doesnt work at anymore, since a few days the loading button gets stuck after pressing it. Even if I squeeze it, nothing will happen ;o) I am going out of parts...

-Just constant loading (light blue) rather than dark.
-Usually daily limit ten, but currently just wont load any adverts at all.
Sounds like exactly same issue as Hein Gummi. Had it before but usually crash app and it works on reloading, but nothings changed for days now.

1-the app is updated to March 27, 2018
2-I tried to reinstall the app
3-I'm finding the problem on android and pc
4-I cleared the cache, and I have the account synchronized with Facebook
5-I have no other accounts for gp managers
6-I find myself in Rome in Italy
7-when I go to the free parts to see the videos, I flash the three dots of loading with the word watch video and never finishes loading so if I click on it nothing happens, it happened after an announcement and it is so by now many about a week
8-I can not receive any parts for many days.
P. S. Please help me I'm finishing the parts
