Hello I'm experiencing the same problems like players above me.
1. Yes updated
2. Yes uninstalled and installed again

4. Yes cleared cache and it was ok for let's say 2 videos and after that problem again
5. Yes I have 2 accounts and with both I have identical problem

7. If by any chance video starts playing then once ended. I get the 'rotating circle' it stops then come back then stops and comes back a third time then popup says 'unable to give reward. Could not validate request'
C'mon is there nothing that can be done? It's already a third day that I can't get parts. That's 30 parts I'm missing. And on top of that today I was not able to play a game due to constant game crashing. Please guys fix it asap. Thank you.

5. I have two accounts but none of them can watch video ads and I have never managed to watch a single video ad since I started playing. It never ever worked for me.

7. In the previous version of the app it always got me to this error message: "video ads are currently unavailable". But in the updated version of the app the "Free Parts" blue button is not even tappable anymore .

2. Did you try to re-install the application?
3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?
