3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?

5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts?

7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button?

Have managed to watch videos on one account but can't for the second now. Error could not validate request. Tried the uninstall and cache clear inbetween logging in for each account. Both are user names and passwords accounts. Hope that helps to solve.

7, Small buffering circle flashes on the screen (4 times) then message "http://igpmanager.com/app/d=parts" "Unable to give reward. Could not validate request" appears. Happens every time (no successful ads)
8, 0 (Zero) parts per day... (got enough in reserve for 3 or 4 races.. but in trouble after that). Any extra parts you could give would be greatly appreciated as most races now cost 12 parts.

I managed to have just 1 part uninstalling the game 10 times. Clearing cache has been always useless..

Don't want to tilt badly like an impolite kid but if a championship where I'm actually second will be wasted because of a bug I can easily say I won't spend another month to have what's mine.
I can see many people everywhere moaning because of same problem and not much has been done yet, am I wrong?

7. Video no play. I have 'thinking circle' it stops then come back then stops and comes back a third time then popup says 'unable to give reward. Could not validate request'
8. Before a bug, I used to be able to get between 5 and 10 of them, I think.
After reinstalling the game, the first video to walk and I received my reward, after the problem came back.
I cannot get parts either!
