5. I have two accounts, both connected with my emails, not Facebook, and both have this problem.

7. When i see the ads, in the final I receive this "it's not possible send free parts for you". It's very sad :(

If you're having trouble watching ads, please answer the following questions below:
1. Is the iGP Manager application updated and current as of 28 February?
2. Did you try to re-install the application?
3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?
4. If on Android, did you try clearing the cache? WARNING: Only do this if your account is linked with an email and password or Facebook. Device-only accounts (those created by pressing "Skip" on sign-up) may be signed out by this process and cannot be recovered without contacting us for support. If you have a device-only account and would like to try this, please follow the instructions to add an email and password to the account first in the 'Settings' page.
5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts?
6. What country are you located in?
7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen?
8. How many parts are you able to receive per day?

Hi Yunus,
I am in the UK, and like many others I am unable to get the free parts.
I have checked your todo list and comply with all of those.
I am unable to even view any adds today, as I get a straight "unable to veryfy message".
Yesterday I was able to view the ads, then the unable to verify message was recieved...

7. I get loading circle like it is trying then it either stops and is greyed out or loading circle and states it cannot be verified of some sort.

Goodmorning, today is the 5th day without parts so I decided to write here.

7. The "loading circle" start to run, then it disappears, then moves again, then is shown the sentence that is impossible give ads and valid the request; it happens at the beginning with no ads given at all;
8. Now zero for the 5th day;
