No pop up screens

Matthew, just to verify, did you make sure to clear the cache of the app as well as the cache of whichever browser you switched to?

This issue is being looked into by one of the developers to try to force the problem to fix itself.

Hi I am having problems closing windows in the game. Every task that requires a pop up window like is used in race strategy or transfer market won't close when clicking on save or any other button like it normally does including the X in the top right hand corner. I am using my mobile phone. It's an Android phone. The only way to get out is to click on the main menu and start again.

OK so I cleared my app cache and switched my phone off and on and that seems to have sorted it. 

Yeah had the same problem, cleared app cache switched phone off and on like in the IT Crowed and hey presto back to normal. Thanks. 

I've cleared everything. Tried 3 different browsers. Still nothing.
Hopefully your guys can find out whats changed today as I've not had a problem til now 

I rebooted my android phone and it still doesn't work
I have just cleared all cache on app and web browser on my android phone and then rebooted and still no luck

Hi guys, those of you who are still having an issue, is the problem only in trying to close a window in the app or does the window not close even after tapping a "Confirm" button (if there is one)?

Tengo problemas con el juego. No puedo abrir los menus. Parece que se carga, pero se queda en la misma pantalla. He probado a desinstalarlo e instalarlo otra vez y sigo igual. Por favor solucion rapida. No puedo ni mejorar el coche, ni ajustar la estrategia de carrera ni fichar ni nada

The problem in my case is that pop up window even won't open.

Hi guys i'm having same problem..can't open strategy tyre option,can't open mail'can't open practice results etc etc. have cleared caches..needs a bug fix i think..oh & i cant upgrade cars..hope its fixed soon. 

The issue is that the Windows don't pop up. Everything that John Howe said from the previous comment is exactly what's happening with me

The work around which was working for me when I had this issue is you can navigate using home button then you can go back to menu you want to go to change strategy tyre fuel save then click home button again keep repeating this. I know it's a lot of work but it works until the issue is resolved. 

This bug is already yesterday.i can' open my message,friendlist even detail of staff in transfer.and now i can't choose my tires for race.i already clear cache my phone,uninstall the app and switch off the phone.its still same problem.please help....fix it.

I'm on android and after clearing everything it still doesn't allow pop ups in certain areas of the game, you can select from the sub menu like home, next race, cars etc but when on those screens certain items don't work.
Home: the mail, friend, spectate etc buttons don't work. 
Next race: I can choose a set up and select a strategy but the see practice result button doesn't work.
Cars: the review doesn't work, then when I try to repair I click on the plus to add more parts and that doesn't work so can't watch ads or buy any new ones.
Everything else on the above works just certain areas as listed.
I haven't tries any others so can't comment.

Btw if you are having issues on android app try android browser to do your setup etc. 

Problem z wejściem "ustawienia samochodu""sesja treningowa""naprawa auta""ustawienia strategii" itp.

Mine still not working, only use app as don't have computer, can't change tyres, see practice times etc. Reinstalled cleared cache nothing working thus far? Someone fix please
