Still no luck on my android and tried to do setup on browser but still no luck. However I did manage to get on my mates phone, who plays the game, and cud do everything on there. Can anyone explain?

Hi yunus 

I have the same problem can't change my tyres before race or upgrade my cars.
My mail in the game doesn't open.
I tried restarting my i-pad and i reinstalled the app but nothing works.

Same problem in the app on Android. Tried reinstalling and rebooting, but it didn't work. Hope it's going to be fixed soon as I can't prepare for the race, which is taking place quite soon.

Hello, why I can not do many things from an app and a PC? For example I can not see the times of free practice, the weather and make the stragia!

Can I solve this?

I can’t do anything on iPhone . Can’t open drivers, mail, friends, can’t change tyres on set up, can’t see weather plus many others. There are other fixes on forums, like clearing cache, switch phone off, done them all and nothing fixes. I can’t even post this on the forum, im using a mates iPad! Please get this fixed, im not the only one reporting this, people in my league are having same issues, it’s like a while back when the servers were getting upgraded. Please iGP fix this

Man Blue, its either fixed itself or its because i updated to ios 11 on iphone. Try updating your devices o/s to latest mate

I can do setup cant see training lap times. Can change nr pitstops cant chance tyre in strategie. It eont load the next page to do those things

I have the same problem, messages do not open, I can not set the strategy, I can not enter the training results, I can not, no window opens ... I already cleaned the phone and reinstalled the game and still the same ..

Hi i deleted app chache on my tablet for igp.  It still doesnt work.   Will try to reinstall game now .     Downloading takes ages though now. After installing app again it still doesnot give me any popups...  after restarting tablet i get a warning saying it wont let me update igp app. And still wont give any popups after this

As a precaution I've rolled back some code which was changed in recent updates in case it was related to this, but the only thing I can suggest is to clear cache. I can't see any reason this shouldn't work yet, and none of the developers are able to reproduce it.

We've tested:
iPad 3rd Gen
iPad 2017 Gen
Huawei Mate 10 Pro (Android 8)
Samsung S5 (running a custom Android 7 OS)
Sony Xperia Z (Android 4.4)

All of these devices are working normally, so we have to assume this is cache related. As of a recent update, we know for a fact that the app will not function if you have a cached merged.js file. Not only that, they would do so in precisely the ways being described. The descriptions could not be a better match for what would happen if you had a cached merged.js file from a few days ago or more.

It is such a perfect match that despite the reports I'm still confident that this is what the issue is most likely. In the cases where people have reported that the app does not launch however, I think it could be some functions that were changed recently. As I said at the start, they have now been rolled back as a precaution as well.

Hi - Im using the android app (up-to-date) and the pop-up screens have stopped working (buttons unresponsive). I have tried clearing the cache & reinstalling the app (+ turning device on/off) with no success. I've been able to set up for races via the browser but am missing out on the free parts ads so have been unable to keep both cars repaired.
