This should be fixed now. Facebook must have been linked to this account or it wouldn't work.

This would only have been on the auction list, as it was using different code to the game which would let the facebook profile picture override the one uploaded in-game.

hello jack,
on the iPhone 6, profile picture does not work. the beginning was the same as Fb, I tried to load one from the camera roll but it has disappeared altogether and are now without any photos.
Also my friends, with the Android app, have the same problem.

It's all platforms, and we're aware of the issue. It's related to the current server in use, which we're in a hurry to get away from because it has caused us a lot of technical issues. This will be resolved when we move to new servers in a few days.

In the meantime, maybe I should disable the option entirely...

Hi! I am trying to change my profile photo, but after clicking "save" it's still the old one. Is the option disabled or do I have a problem uploading the new one?

The game takes a few days to update the profile picture. Just save the changes and wait.

Hello! I have some accounts, but I'm having trouble with two of them. I want to change the profile image, but it is not being changed. I know I have to wait a few days for the exchange to take place, but it's been more than five days and nothing. in other accounts I have the exchange was immediate. I already did cache cleaning. If you can help me, I'd appreciate it.

It may take some time for the changes to take effect. Should not take longer than 7 days.

Giulio first of all this isn't the thread where you should be reporting the issue you are having and second thing please stop making cascading comments. It take 3-7 days for the changes to take effect.

I'm closing this thread, because it's unbearably old. The original problem it was created for has been solved, so if the profile picture hasn't updated after a week, then please create a new thread or post in some of the other recent threads regarding this issue.
