@boris hey buddy seems it’s just me and you in agreement regarding how a level 15 manager with level 15 managers are able to compete and beat any level upto 20 as stated by Jack and in his words
There is very little between and level 15 to 20 so in this case I agree with and still not able to accept the fact the actual benefit of then developing any further from level 15, after digesting what jack has said it seems that to make elite more “competitive the game is designed to favour lower managers regardless of their level, I understand that from level 1-5 there will be a significant upscale. But this same upscale is actual down graded when you reach levels 18-20 if your in a league with all level 15-16-17 managers and drivers, again as jack stated they are given advantage within the game to be able to be more quicker
So from that the question I asked at the start is answered as to why a level 15 manager can out pace and beat level 18,19,20 managers and drivers “ it is written into the iGP programming to allow lower level manager to be competitive but a disadvantage to those who have worked so hard to reach the higher levels to challenge - that’s my understanding and summary that the game itself is designed to go in reverse once you hit 18,19,20
This is defo true in my current league and previous leagues where we have maxed out managers and drivers that will get beaten by the lower level managers and their respected drivers.
And so the debate will continue .......
I'm saying it's not fair!) the player plays for years,gaining experience and level. and here comes the newcomer,who plays on the strength of a month or two and wins all in the dust! is that normal? Yes,honor and praise to such Manager that could make such. but would he have done it if he didn't have such strong patrons as the game code? no! if a small level player wants to race competitively,let him create or join a League where players of his level! or let him ride in outsiders with high-level players and gain experience faster. to then drive with them on a par. I'm talking on equal terms! without any concessions and discounts, which they now gives the game!
now is prostro is obtained disrespect to players high-level. they just simply ridicule such actions on the part of the developers.

the only thing I can agree with is that I have no doubt that a new player can be no worse or even better than a player who has been playing for a long time. but because of its low level in the game, he at first can not show it. then you should either cancel the levels in the game,or be patient and play,play and play. to gain the necessary level. and what is happening now is not even a game-it is a strong help to beginners,which kills the sports component of the game. in real formula 1 there is no same such a,to owners F1 suddenly decided and said " and let us in this season have us wins, for example, Toro Rosso! they have a few years in the outsiders chase,it is necessary to give them the title,and then suddenly they leave formula 1."
this was not, is not and will not be!!! think on this moment in iGP play only because, they have no competitors on mobile devices. it is worth someone to create a similar game for Android,Apple, with all or almost all the shortcomings of this game - a lot of people simply go there. including me. if iGP will not change anything in this occasion
