What about making sure race viewer works and if not at least put timings on the web app

We'd love to. I asked for information regarding your situation in the thread you created about it. Please reply with the information we need and maybe we can help figure it out.

We've got a developer who is dedicated to the viewer (highlighting this because your thread title has my name in it). I can assure you he's working flat out right now to go through everything that has been raised. It took months to develop the new viewer though, so please be patient, it has only been a couple of days so far.

coming back to the facility not only did i spend tokens upgrading quicker it also cost me over 25mil on 2 accounts which i didnt need to spend. any chances of getting that back.

Im a level 16 account, I had to spend 50 tokens (im certain I had to buy the same thing twice? Whatever it is that costs 25 tokens) yesterday to get KERS/DRS again. However i'm capped at level 3? On other accounts i've had to spend tokens once to buy the facility I think and then it just costs iGP money to speed up to the level that account is at. Surely whats happened on this account is wrong?

You don't need to buy the research facility to unlock kers and drs. Every team has them by default. The facility just upgrades them, giving you more kers and more powerful drs.

Either way I have spent 25 tokens extra on something that was the same as what I'd spent it on previously, and as I said im level 16, why is my maximum level for kers/drs level 3?

It's capped to the facility level, the facility upgrades to level 4 then you can upgrade KERS/DRS to level 4 and so on, right up to level 20. We did this to address what people were saying in the old game, that there was nothing to upgrade beyond level 11. It keeps the progress going right up to level 20.

Nah this is making no sense to me based on what i've done on other accounts. This is how i'm sure I did it on other accounts, I spent 25 tokens on something (upgrading the facility??), then from there I was able to upgrade up to whatever my level cap was using money. Then from there I had the best Kers/DRS I could get.

On this account my design, offices and manufacturing is level 11 and I haven't touched it. My research is level 2. Did I spend 25 tokens to buy the facility and then another 25 to upgrade to level 2? Can this be checked by someone? I might be going down the wrong line but if that is correct then I'm lost as to why I wouldn't have had the facility in the first place?

Sorry, it's easy to lose track of posts buried 3 pages deep in threads. Please keep expectations for support realistic bearing in mind that I'm one guy supporting hundreds of people and developing the game at the same time, often writing after midnight to do so (like now, it's 1:36am). Sometimes I may just need things bumped or brought to my attention again if I miss them.

Were you aware that we automatically increased the levels of everyone's facilities from the old iGP just after the migration to balance the game better? I believe this is what you may be describing. This would explain why the other accounts (are they older?) have been pre-upgraded for you, where you can bump up DRS/KERS several levels at a time, but the newer team cannot, as it has to start from level 1.

Want to ask if speed up is cost 5 token per day ? was that counted when we were getting 5 token per day from sponsor? if so now that we take 3 (if will stay as it is) maybe we can reduce speed up to 3 token per day? ;)

Its probably one of the less experienced accounts but still has 500+ races and as I said i'm level 16 (or whatever level I said, lol) so I don't understand if my account has been missed out or whether there's something I still don't understand?

That's correct, and it had nothing to do with the sponsor Token count.

It is this one yes. Someone else told me maybe I sold the facilities on the old iGP but there's no way I would have done without KERS/DRS

I don't see anyhting unusual here, it looks like it may be as others suggested. You didn't have a research facility and built a new one on the Anthony Demoura account on September 8th. On your other account (Jason Leesgay) I can see you basically started at level 8 thanks to the migration upgrades.

I can't see if you sold the Research facility before the migration, but I think that's probably a very good guess at what occurred.
