Already mentioned i think, not sure, but i would be nice to stay and chat to my league members after the race instead of just being kicked out in app.

I have a WhatsApp group for my League give it a try 



My league has a discord group, both are great options.

Thanks that's helpful it now works, I'm still having a massive problem playing on my phone the nav bar at the bottom draws over the game which means I cannot click the pit button or double tap for more info during a race pixel 5 android 11

We've spent quite a while trying to reproduce this and haven't been able to on Android 10 and lower. We suspect it might be an android 11 issue so the next update will contain a temporary solution for Android 11 to buy us time to investigate it further. The OS navigation buttons will stay visible at all times and the game will appear above them (android 11 only, next update only).

Are you saying that you get kicked out before the 10 minute countdown is finished? Can you capture this on video and upload it somewhere so that we can double check exactly what is happening? Thanks.



Yea most often as soon as the prize money screen comes up it off and out the door i go.

3D race viewer still does not work on Mac. Tried it out today and it froze on full screen. Couldn't access my controls at all. Had to do a forced reboot. Pretty shitty.

Now it's time for race. But instead of racing i watch black screen and 'enjoy the race'. This is some kind of mockery? Fix it

No save strategy button, cannot save upgrades to car once selected, iOS app constantly crashing. Have deleted the iOS app, restarted my iPad and redos loaded the iOS app. Still happening and still no save strategy / changes button anywhere

This was the result of an update few hours ago that didn't fare well on tablets. Has been fixed in the meantime, see this thread.

Why is it everytime you update or try to fix something it always ends up worse? For the love of God take your time and test it before release.. I'm loosing faith in you guys and I've been around a long time and want to stay but you're making is hard.

What device and OS version are you using?

Yesterday I ordered one of each of our three most problematic devices (Huawei P20 Lite, Samsung J5 Pro, Samsung A6). We are throwing everything at stability and bug fixing right now. The last patch was a big step forwards but there are still enough reports that we want to expand our range of test devices to ensure we include the ones with the most problems.

I have some positive news on how things are going with the new devices. When we first got the P20 Lite it was crashing every single time I ran a race, regardless of whether it was 2D or 3D. 3D would crash during the race, 2D would crash exiting the viewer. Using the update that we're currently working on I have been able to run entire 3D races on it. It's a phone that's only suitable for 2D, so we don't recommend running 3D on it, yet it can now crawl through 3D without crashing in our tests. On more powerful devices the performance and stability of the app will also be greatly improved as a result of these changes.

We are hopeful that the next update should be another leap forwards for performance, perhaps bigger than 4.020 was for Android. It should arrive at some point next week on all platforms and eliminate the crashes some people are still experiencing on lower end devices.

I am sure that this may not belong on this particular thread, but allow me to change the subject from reporting bugs for now.  A moderator or developer may even want to change where this post is put, and I do not mind however you deal with it.

I think now may be time to give Jack Basford and the rest of the team at Igp Towers a big thank you for all of the work you have and are putting in to make this the best game possible.  It is also time to thank Josè and all of the other moderators for taking all of the flak that has come their way and acting in a professional manner.  Do not forget that nearly all moderators are volunteers and do this job for no remuneration and take time out of their already busy schedules to preform this task.

So, a big thank you to everyone whom keeps this game alive in the background.

Obviously 3D is here to stay but honestly is the game any better overall then it was 8 weeks ago? 

I’m all for improvements but we have had to put up with a inferior version of the game since this 3D update was attempted

To be fair, he put a screenshot of the problem and this is meant to be a thread to report bugs. I’m sure they’re thick skinned enough to ignore the criticism. By people replying about how rude someone was, or how something was worded, is just going to mean that actual bugs people are reporting could get missed (I understand the irony of me saying this and posting something that isn’t a bug)!


They’re also hiring staff if you want to be a moderator 👍
