EOS21 OFZ write up:

Well done to everyone who got a championship and the other 2 who will be promoted.

Congrats Maurizio, to beat a level 18 in your first full season is a great achievement! It was a close championship for a lot of the season but in the end the quickest manager won.

GL to Les and Conor for the fight for promotion, the gap is big but it's not over till it's over!

Amazing job Dave! What a great way to bounce back from missing out on promotion just the season before! The gap between you and the rest just kept growing and growing which is good but I think you'll enjoy a bigger challenge in elite with your old rival.

The rest of the top 5 have all been incredible close and have given OFZ an amazing battle to watch. At one point it seemed like their was even a 5 way fight for 1st! GL to you four for Abu Dhabi!
_______________________________________________________
And finally we reach elite. Leo wins his 7th (and maybe final O.o) OFZ championship. Congrats! Marc was further behind than last season and I'm sure if he stays he'll make sure to get his first championship since joining the league.

Getting points has been very tough because of the top 6 being pretty much guaranteed every race but this has also kept the championship close in the midfield e.g Razvan vs Ivan of which the winner is yet to be decided! GL to both of you!

EOS14 FZW write up:
In rookie there was almost only one person who won the races this season. Mike only missed out on one race and winning the other 15 gave him an near endless lead over the rest in rookie. I've never seen a gap so big in any tier, let alone rookie! WD Mike and GL in pro next season.

As for Stefanos well done on reaching pro for a second time! Hopefully this account will lead you to the top tier soon enough too!
_______________________________________________________
WD Cooper! This is your first championship in this league and it is also the one that brings you to elite. I'm sure you'll be eager to see how you compare to the former two time pro champion Richard!

Patricio, I'm sure you'll feel the same way with the added goal of attempting to beat GC in elite. Every point will be harder to get but that will only make beating GC even more rewarding! GL to both of you for next season!
_______________________________________________________
And of course we finish with elite. That championship did not have as many competitors as last time but it was still quite tense for the two in it. Hok vs Tariq was a battle that I enjoyed watching and the final race did not disappoint! In the end Hok was the victor for the 3rd time in a row and he was able to take his 7th FZW championship. GJ and wd Tariq you could win it next season!

In the end Brian beat Joshua to 3rd and Bav narrowly beat Brendon by 2 points and David by 11 points. The ex pro champion, Richard, got 17 points but at least he finished ahead of his rival from the previous season, Kevin, who only got 2.

NEW SECONDS2FIRST LEADERBOARD

Here are the top 20 drivers from FZW's elite tier. Here you can see the how many seconds each driver has lost to first, how much they've lost to to the driver that has lost the least seconds and the average race result of the season. As you can see the gap between first and second for the AL leaderboard is tiny!

These are the top 20 for FZW's pro tier! Could you be here next season?

Nice job Leo! Anyone could be here next season if they are really fast enough. Are you?

You guys do put in a lot of work, is it worth the effort with the lack of active ppl around.

Maybe the top leagues should merge, imagine that.

idk, OFZ is doing well for now, FZW is very active at the moment. Personally, I don't think a merge isn't needed for Formula Zero.

I don't know how many of my players would agree to this unless I lied about or made up how good it would be for them, let alone one of the managers in the merge would have to lose control of their league. Plus to find another league that runs at the same time as my league, same schedule, it's very unlikely.

At least in a business, when you merge with another business or get taken over you keep some power over the business or get money in return. I don't see any benefit in being the host who loses a league.

We all start leagues so that we can eventually manage full leagues not so that we can be in or spectate a full league because anyone can do this.
