That will be the max for a while, drivers stats and facilities capped at 12 really are a stop for "Rachel". I'll see what I can do with that team but I don't expect much.

Joey and "Rachel" pretty much neck and neck, with Joey up by 10 to 9,906 reputation points.

The ceiling will be hit before the end of this year, no? Jack might have to raise it or make it harder.

what I think being the best rated team in their league they might not be getting the reputation points, as I was not getting since last 2-3 seasons in my previous league in spite winning nearly all of the races. this is the reason I had changed the league.
also if they were loosing any races that might as well reducing there repo points as they under perform compare to their lower rated team.
so this two factors can be the reason why Joey and Rachel din made to expected ceiling

Average reputation of the league and then regularity are the most important factors, another thing only a few managers know is that a full league (16/16) awards more reputation than a 15/16 teams league with the exact same reputation.

Once you stop gaining RP race to race its all down to winning titles. That 100 rp at the end of the season is the only thing that bumps you up!

Finally the day has arrived, thanks to everyone in the International GP Championship making this league one of the most competitive in the game, without them it would have been impossible to have reached it.
