There are currently 11 Managers at 10k points and 6 of these have pulled out of active leagues so will remain there forever. Three of these six inactive accounts belong to one person but to be fair he was arguably the best manager ever to have competed in the new version of the game so it doesn't really seem fair to kick him from the top of HOF. It does seem that some managers are hitting 10k and then pulling their teams from active leagues which means that over time the 10k club will continue to grow.
