Hello,

I found this post for retirement, I want to know what is the drivers retiring age on of my driver I got is of 36 years and after 25 race he will retire, is this correct age, but I saw there is one driver whose age is 44 years and he is available in mrket for bid

Drivers themselves choose when to retire, and they start thinking about retiring as early as 36 or 37 years old. There is variance because not everybody considers retiring at the same time.

I m not even to sell that driver I need to replace remove him other wise I will be paying him wages for next 22 races that is 2200K $ without any reason.

and over that his training output is lesser then the higher level driver is it due to his age?

this is ridiculous, I had carried the retiring guy for more than 22 race and today he retired, I didn't hired any other driver in order to avoid extra wages, guess what system had assigned a driver who already made a mind to retire ...

Jack pls look into this I can't carry another retiring driver for 50 races, pls remove this driver and let me assign new driver or you can assign new one I will change it, I'm not opened a shelter for retiring drivers
plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Edit-1: already previous contract renew had given me shock as soon as I renewed him now even auto assignment as well like this.

I have no intention of disregarding the importance of your issue.

However, why didn't you hire a reserve driver to take the place of your retiring driver before the contract expired? If you had done this you'd not have had this issue at all.

Was bit greedy to save the 500k wage of the driver which i would had hired before the retirement happened.

not all old drivers have high experience there are a few 18 years old knocking about with higher ratings.

BTW why do you have headless chickens in the team?

let their contracts go to 1 before renewing them, you are losing out on 20 races and raising their wages unnecessarily

For one of the chicken I came to know later after opening the box that the chicken is headless, after renewing the contract
the another chicken is gifted to me headless :D, which now i need to feed by arranging a proper expense of around 2.5M $
The en-circled driver is auto assigned by igp, underlining this drivers specialty:
he is from my country (emotional sentiments)
# he is of 38 yrs of age
# its his first ever season
# never raced in IGP still his experience is 7
# joined my team with an announcement i'll be retiring after this season
# he joined for 50 odd races
# if i need to sack him i need to pay em 2.5M cash
# Very lowly rated driver compare to my (manager) level 8

So, let's recap.

You wanted to save $500k for one race. Now you're on your way to losing $2.5m for a driver who offers nothing performance wise.

Live and learn.

Your best option now is to purchase a new driver into your reserves and then sack this retiring driver and pay him off completely.

yup a great learning...
now sacking is expensive than i think may be due to decimal ryt now 49 races remaining and asking for 2.5M, 50K more.
I'm planning to train him till his tenure and motivate him to withdraw his retirement, or will use him as money saver in case i face any cash crunch in future which might be likely if anytime i plan to do aggressive progress.
So m going to hold em for rest of his tenure as sacking is of no benefit to any one, And i hate term sacking

Stop renewing contracts to see if it still happens my TD is 73

UK retirement age
For many years, the state pension age for men was 65 and the state pension age for women was 60.
But from 2020, both men and women's state pension age will be 66, increasing to 67 between 2026 and 2028, and then linked to life expectancy after that. The government will then review the state pension age every five years.

Why they don't tell before the Renewing that will get retire after this season so that can be planned that do we really need this staff or not for 50 races
look here is F*****ng $25.3m to Sack her

Is it a regular behavior, I din heard much of this kind, 4 retirements and over that sacking cost its ridiculous and specially what happening to my account, now I dun have choice either I carry her for full 50 races and pay in 50 installments or pay and kick her out.
OR
Better to leave this game.

Hey look out the Training effect of the new Drivers of mine ;)
Actually I observed this behavior for my another driver, so thought to check for this one as next click of training was to finish her's progress
Before the first 100% progress finished

After 1 complete training progress just 1 attacking improved and level went up by 2

Now either I got the higher level Drivers with lower level marking, If so thanks team IGP.
Or I had been fooled again and now the progress by my training is just of 3 per 11%

What I'm not getting is why you keep doing this and why you are upset at the price. Half a million per race for 50 races is 25 million...if you kept her that is what her contract was for and it clearly states that terminating the contract still pays your employee their full contract price.

4 stars, I only just noticed when you renewed it in the first place. There had to of been at lest 4-5, 4.5 star CD's on the market, if not 1 5 star CD to be seen.
