I was kicked from the league a few mins before my race. I rejoined the league but not in time to race. After the race I seemed to have increased in acceleration and decreased fuel economy but I have no design points to use. Other teams in my league have full 100 design points for all attributes after 1 race of the season.

If you are unhappy with a race result or it was affected due to the issues today, please get the host to request a race re-run. We are always happy to postpone and reset league races upon request in the race re-run thread.

I believe we have fixed all cases of this now. EDIT: Ah.. your league ran before the fix so it *just* slipped through the net. I will adjust your league now.

For some weird reason, most of the guys in my league have had their cars mysteriously upgraded during the maintenance break, upping most of their stats, while my car has remained the same.
Why?

Jack, i had problems earlier that were fixed but we've now finished last race of season tonight and my car design for new season is 1 in every part, i've had a 4.5 star designer all season he may even of been a 5 star before i levelled up during season also, can my car design be restored please, thanks.

I was removed from the league I hosted but I’m back in now, I was unable to set my cars up for the race due to the game kicking me out the league and then being in maintenance mode so i couldn’t even postpone the race

I have lost money,engines,parts and most importantly points in the championship race

Is anything being done to rectify the situation where drivers have lost out

I would just like to add Before it’s suggested I’m not asking for a rerun because I don’t think it’s fair on the rest of my league that everyone should have to rerun a race due to a issue out of my control just affecting me

Thanks for the fix Jack. I have asked in my league if we are going to re-run although Im not sure if they will... If they dont, Ive missed out on my post race design points as well as parts...

Before this issue happened, in our league we run 9 races in this season and I have 13 level design building. So it makes 9*13=117 desing points(simple math...). I used a few of them (not remember exactly, so I'm saying about 100). But after maintenance it was 30. We just run a race and now they are 43...

I have updated your total to 100. I realise this is less than you asked for before, but it should be enough. I guess you are one of the guys the Turkish community has been talking about who saves up his research for the end of the season. :D

Thanks Jack, Let's say we deal. At least it is more than 43 :). Yes, I'm the one who saves up the points because our league is competitive. I have to do that to stay in Elite you know...

We have already issued Tokens to everyone whose race was postponed during the maintenance. I will send some more shortly to everyone who we believe was wrongly kicked from their league or encountered the issue directly.

If not a re-run, what would you propose? I think it's the most logical solution. Of course, we can offer some Tokens as well, but beyond that I'm not sure what else we could do.

good evening. my name is marco saccomanni, italian championship league formula 1 ore 14. yesterday morning my team and the one of others was cancelled because there were problems for IGP. however, the race was run the same and everyone had points development and research of the car and points in the standings. instead I had neither development points, nor research and obviously I could not run the race because I was out of the championship. how can you solve it? you can reset the last race maybe, because I'm not the only one in this situation. thank you.

Once this is done, we will reset the race and it will run again in the next calendar slot.

Buongiorno, nel nostro campionato non siamo riusciti a seguire la gara in Australia perché è iniziato senza che nessuno lo sapesse (mentre il gioco era in manutenzione). Inoltre, 6 manager hanno le caratteristiche della vettura tutte a 100 mentre altri non hanno i punti che sarebbero dovuti per legge (io ad esempio uso più di un CD ma ho punti come se ne avessi usato uno solo). Vi chiedo quindi di ricominciare il campionato (anche il prossimo lunedì), con le auto al livello giusto. Aspetto la tua risposta. Grazie
