Race rerun request due to service issues

I had the same problem again, this time they only raced in rookie and pro ( yesterday only in pro), in elite only the qualifying took place, now I don't know what to do, I don't know if it's a problem with the race or the category or your server? I don't know if it's better to rerun the race again (which would be the penultimate one and they are playing for the win in elite) or go straight to the last one? I noticed that the manager (ZEKE) who had problems yesterday had them again today, we both run at the same time perhaps this information might help.

Small update, it shows my managers that they are still racing, if I click on edit league and then activity it says that a race event is ongoing.

Hello Jose in my league Russia was affected and I want to get points added for everyone I got a 1-2 over there with max 44 pts possible and currently leading the championship in elite if possible give the points in elite tier for the Russian gp or re-run the race. (The race was completed but there were no points given the race had a restart as it finished but still no points given after that)

because is first race today when after the update, why not? all members have problems on strategy setup and when see the race, and all concorde to repeat race, is not possible? 
I mean today race to rerace on Monday.... not rerace the gp maded on Monday
