Unscheduled Maintenance (2017-07-26)

Our sincere apologies for this unplanned maintenance window, but it was absolutely necessary. The game had been becoming progressively slower each night and we have been logging and investigating the issue. Tonight we identified an underlying cause and rather than let things continue, we opted to immediately intervene and take action on what we had identified.

UPDATE: In attempting to upgrade relevant services we discovered a previously unknown "cap" our server provider enforces that needs to be lifted before we can perform all of the upgrades we believe are necessary to address the situation. We will schedule a regular maintenance window for that another day. Basically, they've tied our hands tonight and only allowed us to half-fix it. We're on to them immediately with critical support tickets to raise the cap.

UPDATE 2: During the second maintenance window we were able to perform all the upgrades we wanted. However, taking everything down in the middle of running will have caused more problems as well, so we expect a long night and morning tomorrow resolving your issues. We will provide support and be happy to postpone any affected leagues.

UPDATE 3 (08:20 GMT): We are now in the process of postponing all races from yesterday that were affected by the issues. Your league should return to normal in the next couple of hours. If you have had any other urgent issues, please post them here and we will investigate each case and try to help.

Race delayed by 10 mins but locked out for those 10 mins so cannot setup car.. tried getting on from half past 7 gmt to setup

My pilots were 1st and 2nd in the last curve at 35/35 lap. So... I hope I won the race when the issue will be solved.
