There is an interruption to the service

it's just that the weather has messed up while it was restarting and adversely affected the race.

conditions changed to bone dry from full wet for two laps after the sim came back. Has meant that positions changed from what they were with little control from our side of things.

Thanks for sorting it out. Bummer of a weekend for you guys. Keep it up, you've built a top game.

Thanks for explaining the reasons of this service interruption, now we can be sure this will not happen again anymore (like it did not happen again today) and be confident iGP is moving in the right direction. Keep up the good job

Does only the developer of IGP can solve server problems quickly?

Once again please accept my apologies for the interruption to service today. The incidents this weekend are not related, but we will be meeting tomorrow morning to discuss what we can do to prevent them from ocurring again.

Thanks to Jack for sorting out a restart on our race. Had an epic fight for 2nd so was worth the restart.
Was a little laggy at times during the race but it ran and we finished the race.

When qualifying is delayed, what is the procedure in place if there's just a log jam of requests for server/game resources, rather than the simulator or the connection failing entirely? Basically, If my race is supposed to start at 1:00 PM and qualifying doesn't complete until 1:05, does the race start right when qualifying ends, or is there a waiting period of some sort?

Again and Again and Again, I guess, this will never end ...

Had a comfortable 2nd and 4th with a few laps to go..

The system went down with about 6&7 laps to go and then with 3or4.

When It came up I was in the lead (1st and 4th - momentum). The team in 1st and 3rd were 50 sec behind and another team who were coming 5/6 maybe 7th were 2 and 3.
The were no extra pits by any player.
When I looked at the race result. It showed that momentum was always well behind - which is not right.

My race has stalled mid race !!!!!!!!!
