I had a look to see when you had posted and not received a response from a developer. The only threads I could find that seemed to match the description were these:

So you've only posted one thread since 2013, and a couple of posts in an existing thread. That's hardly as bad as it sounded when reading this thread.
Regarding the one thread you created, it may not be the perfect answer, but the likelihood is that I skim over such threads because they aren't critical and exactly in need of urgent support from a developer. At times when we had fundamental infrastructure issues and more, of course, I'm going to prioritise those. In your case both times you posted may have just been unlucky timing and clashed with such things. Often the users are in a much better position to answer most questions anyway, and as you saw, there were plenty of answers from users. I don't always read them all, and sometimes assume they've answered the question, or at least shed light on it.
Could you list the glitches that need fixing? I'll be happy to look in to it..
