Same issue for me. Not working for the past 2 weeks. I am able to watch one video per day, that too on very rare occasions.
The "free parts" button is active, but nothing happens if we click on it.

It is just like Rajat told. Sometimes, rarely, the button works once, but normally nothing happens. I'm losing some points because I can't fix my car periodically anymore.
Having the same at my phone.use to work til 4 days ago i was doing good dint need to use it every day now it worked onl 1 time minuts ago and my one car so lost 4 parts needed now tomorow ho knows.MLS Diamont Fingerprint.Plz try to fix im barely now + on money will go - on sponsors.It use to work wen i use't it for 4-7 times now its gone.other people in my league have the same isue at least 4

What model is your phone and what is the operating system version?
Same problem for me, I have 2 phones and happens in both. LG G5 with Android 7 and Samsung S6 edge with Android 6. Basically, just 1 or 2 videos per week, and for the rest no action when click on free parts button.
