Same issue, just started todsy. Cannot validate request. Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 7.0

Mine says "https://igpmanager.com Unable to give reward. Could not validate request"

iPhone 5s IOS 10.3.3 using the App while on Wifi after watching the video.

i need part, my car is really damaged and i haven't got money to spend on it =(

Same thing is also happening with a Samsung J7. It will allow you to watch the video and then it will say "Cannot validate request".

Please can someone comment to let us know what is going on and will we be compensated with parts for this?

Hello to all who are having a problem receiving parts after watching a video. Please do not drive the thread off topic from its original post topic. The topic of the original post topic is different from the one you are all describing.

Instead, please keep an eye on this thread for updates.

Anybody who is unable to watch ads for free parts or is unable to watch ads after one or two free parts, please post here.

This includes those who previously had this issue.

Please write what your phone's model is and the Operating System version (listed in Settings under About Device).

Still having the same issue. It will only give me 1 or 2 parts (sometimes 3) and the the blue bar is unresponsive. I will log in to another account and it will not give any parts, again blue bar unresponsive.

Samsung S7, Android 7.0

I don't think it is IP related.

Still happening until now. It will ranfomly give me 1 or 2 parts and then the blue bar becomes u responsive. I can reboot the phone, even sign in to a different account and it will no longer give any parts. Happening with Samsung S7 and Samsung J7. No problem since June until last week. How can I play if can no longer get free parts from the ads?

Do you guys know what is actually causing this bug?

I am with the same problem. I watch one or two ads and after that the blue bar doesnt work anymore for a while. After some time I can watch one or two more ads and it stops working again.
