Free Parts Bug

I just needed confirmation this was still a problem, good to know.

it is still a problem :D I was just trying to click free parts but I clicked the buy parts with coins. I gave 20 coins or smt and it didn't even ask my permission to confirm :D

2 days ago i need 2 parts and i watch a video and get 1 part but when i tried to fet the other part the free part button is blocked.
and yesterday in monza my car need a lot of parts but the same i have race today and i cant repair my car

yesterday i need to waste tokens for get parts and today i need 6 but i cant view more than 1 video please help me i have race in less tan 3 hours

Okay so this is what has happened since I did not try to watch any videos for more than 30hrs.

Account 1 on Samsung S7 Android 7.0
1st attempt said could nt validate request
2nd attempt: allowed me to watch 2 videos and then blue bar became unresponsive, although it was available

I then closed the app and re-opened it.
Account 2 on Samsung S7 Android 7.0
1st Attempt; 0 videos, Blue bar available but unresponsive

So After midnight +8hrs GMT
Account 2 on Asus Zenfone 4 Max Android 7.1.1
1st Attempt; 10 videos watched one after another then message saying you have reached your daily limit

Account 1 on Asus Zenfone 4 Max Android 7.1.1
1st Attempt: 1st Attempt; 10 videos watched one after another then message saying you have reached your daily limit

Account 3 on Asus Zenfone 4 Max Android 7.1.1
1st Attempt: 1 video then blue bar although available was unresponsive

I closed the app, re-opened it
Account 3 on Asus Zenfone 4 Max Android 7.1.1
2nd Attempt: 0 videos and blue bar available but unresponsive.

So there you have it. I hope this is enough info for you guys to try to resolve the problem.

What happens if you log into your 2nd account, then go back to log into the 3rd account and trying to watch videos again?

Nothing happens, just the usual unresponsive blue bar.

However this just happened;

Logged in to Account 3 on the Asus phone and it had unresponsive bar. Logged out closed app and logged in with Account 4 and exactly the same thing happened. So I logged in to Account 3 on the Samsung S7 and it gave 3 videos before the unresponsive blue bar. Logged in with Account 4 and it gave 0 videos and unresponsive blue bar.

This is random to say the least! I think I have now given you guys enough info as to what is going on so hopefully this can be fixed soon as there will be many people running out of parts and having to use tokens to replace them.

Not had this problem before (had a different one before) but thenknactive blue bar is now affecting me. Don't know of any reason why it would i.e. Would suddenly happen as have always been able to watch videos up until now. Logging in and out again won't fix it.

I'm using iOS 10.3.3 on iPhone.

OTHER TIME its the 3rd time that i need to waste 5 tokens to buy tokens for this bug please this is ridiculous

Having the same problem up until now with accounts created in June this year and new accounts created recently on 3 different phones. Any news if you guys are looking in to this bizarre bug that's suddenly appeared from nowhere?

It will be a while to see this bug resolved. Everything has to be handled one thing at a time because of how small the iGP Manager team is.

I havent been able to get enough parts to repair my cars. I am spending tokens to buy parts, as I can only watch around 6 ads per day. Clearly I understand that the iGP Manager team is small but shouldnt this bug be a priority? People have been complaining for days. Cant you disable the need to repair cars until you solve the problem?

yes but i lost 15 tokens for this bug, please....

This would be the perfect solution either
a) disable the need to replace parts until this problem has been fixed or
b)credit the people who have reported this issue with a certain amount of parts up until you expect to resolve this issue so that they do not need to spend tokens that they would never have needed to.

I appreciate you guys have a small team, but this is actually a game changer for some, as some people who did not build their parts factory will have to keep spending 5 tokens per day to get 10 parts when the game only gives out 3 tokens per day. Please try to find a short-term solution until this problem can be fixed.

You all should be glad this isn't old iGP, where even having the ability to replace parts every single race was a lavish, extravagant, money oozing luxury...

Well to be honest I have taken the time to keep reporting what has actually been happening in detail. Yes I am thankful that we can have these free parts and yes the game is free, but we only want what the game says it should give, which is 10 free parts per day (if you watch the videos 10 times). if that's not what iGP wants to give, then do away with the free parts or reduce it to an amount that IGP would like to give.

Thing is, I would hazard a guess that the game is receiving advertising money for these videos to be viewed x amount of times in x amount of days, so I guess it must be reasonably important for this bug to get fixed so that the sponsors get the viewers that they estimated to have.

Anyway on a side note, I have just updated the app (Livery option is brilliant) and now after giving me 1 video it says 'Undefined'.
