Jack will be taking a look at this when he gets a chance, but he's out of town this week.


Cheers Yunus and for what it's worth I think you do an excellent job of moderating the forum as I know it cannot be easy trying to respond to every post that is asking for help or reporting a bug etc.

Thanks. It isn't a difficult thing, I've developed some patience to help out here overtime. I'm not even a ~real~ moderator. I just asked Jack for it so I could organize the forum threads, create those stickied threads I have made and just improve the efficiency for reporting bugs submitted in the forum to him and our awesome developer team.

He even asked me to use my real name for "professionalism", whatever ~that~ means... :P
Though the Blunion part of my name isn't real at all, just my pseudonym.

Hi, I just write to tell I have the same problem.

I use Android 7.0 and more or less 10 days ago the free parts feature started to work randomly, some times it worked some times it doesn't worked at all.

Yesterday I installed the updated and directly now it doesnt work at all... it keeps giving me an "Undefined" when I press the blue button.

I hope it's solved soon...

Any other info that you may need, just reply and I add it...

Edit: right after I posted this, it started working again... wish every problem in life would get solved so easily :-)

Hello. I can watch like 3 ads per day and I keep getting the "undefined" message. My cars are getting really damaged.
Before the update I wouldnt get this "undefined" message.

You are very lucky... I updated again the app on my mobil and keeps telling me the "undefined" error...

Hope its solved soon... in the meanwhile I started to update the fabrication of parts facility... I was trying to avoid it since I'm only lvl 8 but well...

It will be a while to see this bug resolved. Everything has to be handled one thing at a time because of how small the iGP Manager team is.

Yes. I think it's for more than a week already that I cannot watch 10 videos in a stretch. I can watch 1-3, then on the next click I get a pop-up saying video adds are not available at this moment. If I wait a while (sometimes 1 minute is enough, sometimes at least 10) I can again watch a few videos and so on. I can reach 10 videos every day, but need several tries for it.
Right before I started to type this, I could watch 2 videos and then got the pop-up. I tried again now, at the end of my writing, but still a pop-up and no next videos.

I'm using the Dutch version of the app, but translated to English it would be something like "video adds are not available at this moment".

I have been paying attention on it for a few days now and it's always the same scenario. The first try in a day gives me 2 adds: a random one and a war dragons add. then I get a pop-up that there are no video adds available. If I wait 10-15 minutes, i get again the war dragons add and then the pop-up that there are no video adds. And that then repeats the rest of the day until I reach 10 adds in total.

I can wach only 1 somtimes 2 ads in a row for free parts. When i want to watch another ad there pops up a window with the inscription "video ads are currently unavaliable".
Other people in my league dont have that problem. They can see several ads in a row.
To watch more ads i must close game for about 10 minutes and start it again . Then i can watch 1 ad etc.
I use android app on samsung galaxy s4.
Before updating the application I had no problem with this.
