I can wach only 1 somtimes 2 ads in a row for free parts. When i want to watch another ad there pops up a window with the inscription "video ads are currently unavaliable".
Other people in my league dont have that problem. They can see several ads in a row.
To watch more ads i must close game for about 10 minutes and start it again . Then i can watch 1 ad etc.
I use android app on samsung galaxy s4.
Before updating the application I had no problem with this.

I saw improvement today. Could see twice 4 adds in a row before getting the message that adds are not available. And then also the remaining 2 in one shot. 4-4-2 is already better than 2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 :-)

I'm also with the "video adds are not available at this moment" problem here.
Usually I'm able to watch 1 or 2 videos/day... Sometimes i can't watch any.

I cant watch any videos today... its a crap..
I need 4 parts. I can buy it by tokens because i have only 7 tokens....
If i know earlier that free parts isnt work i will make upgrade on manufacturing. Watching ads was a part of my strategy (i think not only mine) for upgrading building. Now i cant repair my second car for race...
Its not fair...

An update on this, the ads system is undergoing a change over the next few months, which will help put an end to this issue.

Well, I don't think it needs to come down to leaving the game.

Just to verify, you have the latest version of the app, correct? Have you also tried deleting the cache stored on your phone by iGP Manager, then trying again to watch ads?

If the answer to the above two is yes, I can make an exception in this instance, for any tokens you've spent on parts regarding this issue I can reimburse.

HThx ! Can you say me is the problem depends on my device (phone samsung galaxy s4/android 5.0.1) or maybe problem is somewhere else ?
Maybe if i install app on other device free parts will be ok ?

The app being installed on multiple devices should not be a problem, nor should it be a problem with the device.

I'd try anyways to check if installing the app on another device resolves the issue.

I install igp app on my sons tablet and for now "free parts" are working propertly.

I have same problem with watching ads, I tried everything and it still doesn't work and I had to pay 16 tokens for 20 parts...

Have you made sure you are using the latest version of the app?
Have you tried deleting the cache stored on your phone by the app?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
