Thanks for the info guys much apreciated does this mean that the race will run tomorrow now if more than 30 minutes late

Yes, if it did not run earlier that will be the case. Our apologies for the inconvenience this might have caused.

We have a good understanding of what the issue was, which is how we've been able to pinpoint exactly when it started. It was a very specific bottleneck in a specific server, we can easily avoid this recurring in future. Unfortunately we will need to investigate why measures were not put in place to avert this in the first place. We will be pursuing that with the server management team.

Hi Jack, 

BRL (20:00 GST start) didn't run. I can now see "Go To Race" but when finally the page was loaded, it says the race has finished. Please reset our league.

That's a behavior typical of a race that did not start (despite the confusing message). That one will be postponed and reset later this evening as we get through the backlog.

What does that mean the next slot?  Iff u race seven days it means tommorow normal race time? .   Can we train again? And do setup due to different weather conditions?
Edit. Its 55 minutes after race time now and now it says race is finished. So i hope it wont race today after all.

It' okay guys maybe simply suspend races 2dy or if it' going we jus leave as is and continue coz it really is a fake and we'r here to hav fun and yeah...shit happens...This is life. It' hw we react...so let's simply get on with it :)

it happens the same for our league, at 19:30, so that means is going to re-run tomorrow too?

I was unable to log on to set my car up 5 minutes b4 the deadline......I then spent over 30 mins attempting to login to be told you were carrying out maintenance.....I finally got on 2/3 of the way through the race....as a driver who had a modest chance at taking the championship this season.....a 6th place finish has really messed up my game!

What about the leagues that races did run, even though we could only join at the end of the race. ?

Strats ruined, major points lost and won in a pivitol part of a competitive season ?....

Ya que hacéis pocas cosas bien que en cada actualización vais a peor al menos podías poner una explicación en más idiomas. Inútiles! no toquéis más el juego, no os dais cuenta que cada vez que lo tocáis lo jodéis más?

No creo que el compañero haya hablado de mala manera y deberian haber cancelado la carrera ya que gente como yo mismo no hemos podido cumplir objetivos y acabar bien la carrera por ir mal el servidor y juego y no poder modificar a tiempo la estrategia y todo

You know if anyone wants a race reset or nullification of race results you're free to discuss it civilly with the devs and team.

Look at how michiko takahashi does it. Class and patience. >:) Not an ideal situation for all but try to keep it smooth.

Boomer Kid's right. Calm down, it's a game, and this situation is only a temporary fault. Don't forget that the devs are humans and they commit mistakes just like we do.

there was no race at 21.00 CET.
and I did not, my drivers did not, receive 5 helth points at 21 and 22 and 23 .... :(

Hi Jack, this league below's race never happened so needs a reset, plus its stuck open so can't train drivers.

But not just that, is that the next available date is Friday and its predicted to rain on friday in Belgium and we have no practice runs left so can't test to see if need inters or wets etc, can we have practice run's reset also please.

I've been working on this since the posts earlier. I'm getting through the last few races/leagues that are stuck now.

Apologies to everyone for the inconvenience this has caused.

EDIT: Everything should be back to normal now.
