As a paying member an a programmer who does customer support this is a no go.
I will no longer pay for financing someones hobby.
Good potential has been killed by nonprofessional and desatrous doing.
If your a programmer who does customer support I doubt your spelling would be that bad, some points I agree with.
There is no communication through other meants ie, twitter just update us if we cant get on the website. That was the biggest fustration for me last nite was that I did not know what was going on apart from a tweet saying, big issue will be fixed in an hour. Has to be a bit better that that.
