As others managers and hosts, we experienced the issue yesterday during our race in Bahrain. Several managers could join the race at 2nd or 3rd lap, but majority join only later and this disturb the race... 

If possible, we would like re-race this GP at end of season.

The race was supposed to start at 8:00 p.m. and the players could not join the race, this only happened around 8:15 p.m. when the race was already running, so the race is invalid

The connection to the live race was broken at around 7:50 pm and the race could not be ended properly, this race is also not valid

So it would only be more than fair to the players if we could repeat these races today and the racing calendar was simply extended by one day.

Yesterday we had big issues with the race, nobody could get in or the ones that could get in saw only the last 4 laps. I read something about it that you had issues yourself....
We r Dutch Racing Inc and the race was in Turkey. Hope it is still possible tonhave a rerun.
