Race re-run requests due to service issues

Hi, we had issues on our race today in Singapore, quite a few of our managers were not able to access the race. I asked them to report their issues themselves as I don't know their devices, etc. We would want to have a re-run of the race today to make it fair for everyone.

We are asking for a re-run of yesterday’s Australian Grand Prix because a lot of people couldn’t enter the race. Then there were those whose machine was brought out of the box 2-3 laps before the end. With 4 races before the end of the tournament this is not allowed ... Thank you for your attention!

The request cannot be accepted as we have no information about the league in question.

I can not believe it! They have changed the race with 7 minutes to close the practices, and on top of that, several managers have not changed their race strategy. We are a little angry at how iGP has carried this out, with so little notice today and yesterday with the problems of not letting people in. I know these are difficult days because there are many problems, but the detail of changing the race 7 minutes before has not been appropriate at all. We do not want tokens or anything, which on the other hand I thank you for the ones you have already given us, I want these that have happened to us not happen again to any league.

Can any one of these people provide a video of what exactly happens? We're seeing some reports like this but believe it might be cached code, yet some people say they clear cache and it persists. There are no logs indicating what this is on our end or devices which can reproduce it among the developers or the testers. It would be great to get some detailed insight in to such problems from the people experiencing them. A video of this problem happening and them attempting to join the race would be most helpful and much appreciated.

It also happens to me quite often that I can’t log in from my facebook account. Clearing the cache doesn't help either. In this case, I need to delete the game and reinstall it. It’s pretty annoying if this happens 3-4 minutes before the race ... I don’t have time to reach the race. I play from an Android phone.

I understand your frustration, I apologize if the repetition of your race was on short notice.
If you wish we can remove the results or postpone it until tomorrow.

Don't worry Brunno, we accept your apologies. I understand that these days are not easy for you and I don't want to create any more problems for you, just don't happen to any more league please, because it creates a lot of controversy between managers. I put a poll to see what the procedure will be, but most likely no action is taken and let's move on. Thank you very much and continue enjoying this great game!

Thank you for those videos. They are exactly what we would expect to see if they have cached code. Please get them to go to Settings > Clear cache.

It's not a guaranteed fix if anything else is going on, but this is exactly the behaviour we fixed that might be cached, so it is probably not a coincidence.

Could you let me know the accounts that filmed these videos? I'll see if I can reproduce anything on their account. Also what devices are they using? Model number and OS version would be really helpful.

Lastly, have they tried switching to 2D mode? It might be interesting to see if 2D works as that could be a clue to the problem also.

as i write on the italian support forum I'm the host of igp 9 at 2:30 PM. Probably i've done a mistake, i've to posticipate the race of today to tomorrow but something gone wrong. Is possible to have a re race?
