The silence from admins means they are hard at work on the issue in this case. From the little I can see they were still going at 2am last night.

I can't give any update on the progress though other than the fact that they are working on it.

For the maxed out cars, can you explain for me? Is it that the season restarted and the car stats didn't reset for everyone in the season end process? That would be a different problem to the majority of items in this thread.

Or did the season reset fine and then something else happened and all the cars reverted to maximum?

Has the league host made any sort of post requesting aid? This would usually be the expectation for a league wide issue.


@Zsombi Just to help your understanding the issue appears to be tied toi the server migration and is not linked to any app updates.


Our first race went just fine. For the second race I noticed that -all of the sudden- all the teams that were in the league the season before, had their old -maxed out- stats back. New and promoted teams were still at their old level. After the races I don’t get any research points either…

Thank you for the extra information. It does sound like this is tied in with all the issues in the thread then, although all of the stats reverting to the previous season after race 1 is a weird manifestation.

I'll report it through specifically (I think it already was but i'll do it again), but for a resolution it's going to take time. until the underlying problem is fixed there's a chance it just happens again on the next race.

Ultimately, this is our fault, and I personally must bear the brunt of the responsibility for giving the green light to the migration and the persistent issues since. Secondly, I'd like to reassure everyone that once these issues are resolved, they should not recur, they are a one-time unique scenario caused by a total migration of the service to entirely new servers. We believe we have finally isolated the issue and reconfigured the problematic server to address it.

We have taken the difficult decision to restart the current ongoing seasons of the impacted leagues from the beginning. Designs will be regenerated and all race results from the current season wiped, and all races rescheduled to begin or re-run from the current date. We have decided not to put this to a vote, in order to keep this fair for all, and to take the full responsibility for the situation ourselves. Putting this to a vote would pass difficult decisions to the community and put undue pressure on the league hosts and participants when it is not their fault, it is ours and we accept that.

If you haven't already, please report your league as having these issues and we will include it in the season reset. For those who have already made a report, we have already got your league ID included in the list for the operation when it runs, later today.

We will also be sending tokens to all affected managers. This is going to take a few hours to sort out. We have identified 51 impacted leagues so far. Here is the list we currently have:

If you reset the leagues, You must return all tokens siendo durante the season. Engines, Parts, Driver heal,  etc

I think it is a fair solution. Maybe it is inconvenient for those who are in a league where they are close to the end of the current season, but in our league the upcoming race would be only the 7th.

Thank you for taking this difficult decision Jack. Independantly of where we are at the moment of the season, as long as you keep everything else as it is and we don't lose the tokens used, or in case the rollback is of everything... we get them reimbursed, everything will be ok.

Hope everything is resolved and the issues don't persist after the resetting.

What happens with managers below the red line in the unfinished season? Will they be demoted to pro or keep their elite entry? And if they just joined during the current season? If not, they better quit quickly and come back when the new season is rolled out.
