Race re-run requests due to service issues

Hello, we're very sorry for the delay in our response. May we ask if you still need assistance in your league?

I am the host of the World Racing Series (134509) and I would like to request a Race cancellation of our most recent race in GB19 today. On lap 20/21 of the race everyone disconnected and when we rejoined we found the race had reset back to lap 2 with the same grid and strategies. Many people couldn't make the new race starting so much later and so quit. Thus we polled in race and would like a cancellation 7-0. I have also polled on the league wall to show this.

Good day yesterday on 7/01/2021 in the rubens championship id 24461 there was a serious problem with the progress of the race, for the entire duration of the race the game was constantly blocked, the connection fell continuously preventing the regular running  of the race, I ask for the cancellation of the race, and the possibility of repeating it.  Thanks good job

The GB19 race as per request will be repeated at the first available date as per calendar.
The whole league as already anticipated by the Head of the community has been awarded to all 5 tokens as compensation.


As set up at the top of the thread The requirements for submitting rerun requests are accepted if the league has encountered an issue that has affected a significant number of players within the league.
The support team reserves the right to determine what is considered significant. In this case the number of players is not so high to accept the rerun request.
Having said that I have sent 5 tokens to the managers who seem to have had problems with yesterday's competition.

Can you please cancel the GB19 race instead of postponing it to maintain our season ending on Friday? Thank you in advance.

it should be fixed now.

Maybe the authorities red-flagged the race because the track was too wet, so you all disconnected. Also, why you cancel my golden points-scoring race????? Why?

Rerun Brazil race as all players could t get in game at 7pm got in at 709 pm and by that time all was setup for wet race but it stopped raining and it was a mess did put info in bugs 

The race will be rerun tomorrow . All managers were compensated for the inconvenience.

We just played at the 09 Great Britain GP, and an error occurred in the race
On the starting grid, only 5 cars were visible, and a sixth in the last position of the grid. This last car is the one that almost all of us saw as our starting car, that if, the skin changed to companion cars, every time you entered and left you saw one
Well once the race started, all the cars began to appear from that last car, as if it were an accordion

Hey Zurracapote, I'm sorry that your request wasn't filled in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, the race cannot be re-run once the next race has occurred. We can erase the results of the race if you approve and will compensate those affected league members of the race with tokens to offer some relief from the problem.

Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with the handling of the problem.
I was warned with enough time, but no one from the igpmanager team had decency to communicate anything,
We are not even processing the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'll check with our developers if there are any other alternatives to re-run the race.

Please note that if the race is re-run, there is a possibility the race will experience various issues, such as a late qualifying and the race beginning late as well. There is an issue we have discovered with re-running races which results in this issue and has not yet been addressed.

I'd like to request a rerun of my league's(59172) last race(Feb. 13/Azerbaijan) of the season.

Many of our managers were unable to login and/or do car setup in time for said race due to technical difficulties outside our control.

Hi Hamlet, it sounds like this was not an issue with the race. Please clarify if I am wrong and correct me in regards to the problem you experienced with the race. Thanks!

The tech-issues were prior to the race. We were unable to save and/or do setups or login in time.  The login page would just keep going on the same loop and not let us enter the race. The same goes for saving our setups. I don't know how much more I can describe it.  We started a new season today already...
