Using the app. Or the normal internet browser i cannot get popups. Using chrome on the tablet then it does work.
Going by the descriptions that keep coming in that keep following this pattern (works on this device but not on that one), again that is a perfect description of cached files.
I am starting to suspect those that state they have cleared the cache have done so on the browser on the device and not the app. That will not resolve it. The cache of the app itself must be cleared. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app may not clear the cache of the app. It may still be stored on the phone/tablet when the app is reinstalled, because it's stuff in file storage, not the application itself.
If for any reason the issues still persist after following the above guide, then I can only suspect a compatibility issue with the device and would need to investigate that further. Please make sure you provide the exact OS version and device version you are using if this persists after following the guide linked above.
Since today, I cannot close any of the popup windows neither with X, nor with Cancel/Accept buttons. This happens with using Opera 52, but not with Firefox 58.0.2.
In the browsers with the issue, clear the cache in the browser, then try again.
In the app, on Android, try clearing the cache for the app in the App Manager located in your Android device's settings. For iOS, please restart the phone, then try again. If the Android or iOS app still have a problem, please try re-installing the app.

Hi Matthew i had this earlier today on my Android device all I did was reboot my device and all was magically back to normal. Give it a go see if it works for you and let us know.
