What did you try to do?
When engines first came out. Money and tokens were deducted without becoming an engine manufacturer. Then the hiccup was fixed. Money came out along with tokens. No harm no foul.
What happened instead?
But now....i just had...not 10...but 20 tokens taken from my only engine manufacterer account. Correct me if im wrong....but it was only 10 tokens to build engines...not 20. So first off....why take an extra 10.....and second why so long after the fact? Now I am being punished with a double dip? How about give me my tokens back and some for your hiccup? Fix the game not the player.

Me Too Brandon, If a mistake was made by the Game then let the game be punished, not me.. As someone that supported the game after the update (spent money) instead of calling it a money grab I'm offended. No more opening of this wallet.. Manufacturer Tokens

Yet my Tokens WERE Taken from me and now I've have 20 more removed for becoming an Engine Supplier? What sort of correction is this. If this is the case for anyone that has become a supplier then I will be leaving this game permanently.

Yes, this just does not feel right.
The update came out, I spent actual $$ and now weeks later we are being nickel and dimed for more tokens.
The worst part is, because the error was weeks ago, there is no way for us to even check to see if it’s accurate.
I am not saying it’s not, but weeks later, with no way to check…it just feels wrong.
and honestly, it’s just 20 tokens, why not just let it be instead of upsetting loyal players.
Sorry guys, you handled this one extremely poorly.

Yeah, this feels super dodge. There is no way to audit this, so you're expecting us to take this in blind faith. Extremely poor tbh and I'll be considering my future with this game.

el gran problema es que no tengo motor propio, no lo recibi ni pagando ni de manera gratuita, quisiera entender el porque se me retiran tokens por algo del cual no soy parte de ese numero, mi motor actual es de otro manager porque no puedo aun comprar el mio

I believe the reason most will be upset is that the issues happened so long ago, there is almost no way for anyone to check if it’s accurate.
Gustavo just had 20 tokens taken and he is not even an engine manufacturer.
I understand there was an error, it just seems petty to take 20 token from customers weeks after discovering the error.
I did not notice any extra tokens. I did go on a shopping spree at the time which make it all the more difficult.
Again, you guys are probably correct, I am assuming you can see stuff in the backend we can’t, but it still seems petty.

Sorry, I'm not following. The original communication stated that 10 tokens were incorrectly awarded. But now you've just said certain players received the engine manufacturer 'for free', implying they were charged zero tokens? If that's the case then shouldn't 10 be deducted?
I understand the need to be fair, but my issue with this is that this corrective measure is being made weeks later. Long enough to not be sure on if I was truly affected. If it takes weeks to spot a total discrepancy ~13,000 tokens then surely that leaves a little doubt into whether all 652 accounts were affected.

Indeed with that I was meant to say free (not deduction of 10 tokens cost) + awarding 10 tokens. We’ve ways to check all of this. There’s no point in just trying to annoy 600 players. Again, we understand that these players will feel upset, but it’s unfair for those who correctly did pay the cost correctly.

In addition to the delay, I'm just frustrated that the delay has meant that I made decisions I wouldn't have otherwise made, which itself is unfair.
I know these things can happen though, and is not anyones fault.

You took the - 20 2 times from my account??? I didn't become manufacturer 2 times, i can assure you that ✌️
And i didn't receive 10 tokens when i became manufacturer. I was pissed because i had to click twice and I'm pretty sure i lost 20 tokens that day.. Maybe 200 mil as well, but i don't care.
Don't f*** up the long time players after your botched update 🤬
I expect the 40 tokens back by the end of the day!
And don't try to smooth me with fairness to the others.... Ridiculous!!

I have no recollection of it being free. I don't have any recollection of gaining 10T or losing 10T. I do recall it saying something along the lines of proceeding will mean i can't go back to the customer engines, which makes no sense to me at all.
Maybe there should be a Token transaction history tab.
