Engine tokens

I remember very well what happened when I hit that button back at the time. Nothing did. That's why I remember so well. I wasn't sure if tokens and money were deducted so I was reluctant to hit it again. Still no engine manufacturer.

I think most of us understand that tokens are probably a main way IGP generates revenue, but this seems so petty.
10 tokens is about $1. So you guys lost out on the possibility of about $650 of revenue. Instead of eating it, you decided to seriously irritate your clients.

I understand the comments about fairness. If you had discovered the error in a timely manner and made adjustments you would not be in this situation. You didn’t, and decided to move in a way that at this point may cost more $$ in the long term then any argument of fairness or short term gain will ever give you.

It been said multiple times already, but this far out, most are not in a position to know if anything is accurate or not and sitting on this side feels slightly violating. Not the way you want clients describing your product.

For what? To add fairness because someone accidentally got 3 races worth of free tokens a month ago?

I think you guys made an error in the way this was handled.

We can see some managers wrote here that they lost 20 tokens today with with your "fair" move but they are not even manufacturer. Also, some managers wrote that they are sure they lost 10 tokens instead of gaining 10 tokens now it means they lost 30 tokens in total. Are you sure your system works correctly? Can't the system be wrong to see that we gained tokens? 

I ALSO WANT TO VIEW MY FULL TOKEN HISTORY AND NOT THE TWO LINE TRANSACTIONS TYPED BY YOU GUYS.

So i've lost 40 tokens although I thought it only gave 10 tokens. Could I have the full transaction history for when the engine manufacturer purchase was made.

While 20 tokens were cut from everyone for engine production, they took 40 tokens from me. Does anyone have this problem and i really want İt to fix İt. 

I understand and saw that, I just want to see my token history. I am very certain I did not gain any unfair advantage from becoming a manufacturer 

For the third time (!!): why I received 2 mails and 40 tokens in less than yesterday?

I would like mine reviewed. When the engines came out, i had 100 mil taken out. 10 tokens taken out and said i was an engine manufacterer. I ckicked again and lost another 10 tokens...but not 100 million coin. This was fixed by giving me back the 100 million. The funny thing is you guys new this...and gave token rewards for the issue. So i now you take em back. I would like to see my history asap. 

I don't want my previous message buried or thought to be answered, it isn't. I am not an engine manufacturer and have had tokens removed. Jack has responded earlier that a previous case like this is not expected. Mine also needs to be explained or my tokens returned please. 

If people received 20 extra tokens and didn't pay for the 10 cost for the engine manufacturing wouldn't that only need to be 30 taken off and not 40?

This has been handled very poorly. If it’s your error you might as well have just let them keep the tokens if nobody noticed…

Correction. I have 40 tokens stolen from my account. Engines 100 mil...10 tokens. Had intial launch issue. Tokens an coin came out correctly later that 1st week of launch. But when you clicked....to be a engine builder I was double dipped of cash and coin. Then you rewarded us tokens as for that hiccup. My money was corrected an tokens properly as well. So i paid my 100 mil and 10 tokens. But apparently its 40 tokens to be a manufacterer now. You can see our token history and we cant.

I have no doubt. And I have found that the support team to be honest and fair.

I am telling you that for most players, seeing that message will be more off putting then any notion of fair play. 

The bug should have been fixed, maybe notice given, and you should have moved on. This is now a self inflicted wound that need not have occurred.


And now confusion is being added

Look at both Brandon and Ma’s accounts.
They were “accidentally” given 10 tokens twice, probably because it did not work the first time so they tried again.
You then deducted 20 twice. But that math is faulty.
They should both end up -10 in the four transactions but have ended up -20. 
They can not be an engine manufacturer twice.

Thank you, however I have do have one more question if you don’t mind. How did this all go unnoticed? Especially with people needing to buy this option twice in some cases

Why did i lose 40 coins though?  You see i had the 10 and 10. But take 40????? Wake up.......
