Well, it will be this weekend. There are some last minute preparations going on as I speak. :)
We would like it to be Saturday, but there are some things which might push it to Sunday. Even we aren't 100% sure at the moment, but we can say it will be on the weekend.

It will be tomorrow, Sunday. We've still got plenty technical stuff to finalise tonight in preparation. I hoped it would be today, but it isn't realistic. It's always amazing how many last minute things crop up in technology work!

What time, is it 13:00
There is not a fixed time at which it will be launched, but it will be in the afternoon (GMT), and probably before the evening. This is just a testing platform remember, not a product launch, so it doesn't have a formal launch schedule or any of the fanfare normally associated with a launch. It will simply be put online for people to play for a few weeks before it is removed, and then the formal launch occurs on igpmanager.com.

Hi guys, when launch an app version for android?
This will be many weeks after the web launch most likely, as there are so many things which need to be finalised such as in-app purchase integration and all the screenshots and information for appstore listings etc. We have built working prototype applications, but going from that to a live launch is a lot of work.

Hello, what will happen with the features for the subscribers?
I will detail this sort of information before it goes live, during the open beta testing. This is not the release of the game, remember. We are just opening it for testing, so any subscribers on igpmanager.com will not be impacted by this.
There will be changes to the subscription system when the new game arrives. I am going to detail the changes in a blog during open beta testing. We are also doing our best to make sure that anyone that is subscribed currently will get a better deal than anyone who pays in to the new game. It is thanks to our subscribers that we are still here, after all.
new version 2d viewer work in phone/tablet while no release an app?
Only on very high-end modern devices. Mobile browsers are very poor for performance on older devices. We have seen it working on the Samsung S6 for example. It is not a very nice way to play though, and not recommended. The web 2D race GUI is designed for desktops, and sure it can run in some mobile browsers, but it isn't ideal.
It might work and look okay on a tablet, though. I would guess that a modern iPad could probably run it in the browser too, but no tests have been done to check that.
For mobile phones and tablets it is probably smarter to wait for the app before using them for the live race. The app will feature native performance and a GUI designed especially for mobiles, if you play on a phone. Managing the team will be nice on a mobile browser though, even in the web release. That will scale down to fit the screen and switch to a mobile GUI. That will also be improved in a native application, though.
Yes, it worked pretty well on the Samsung S6 for me during the beta. It's a bit small ofcourse but at least you can follow things on track which can be very usefull when not at home with a PC. :)
