No Chassis Data

I have enough chassis data to unlock stuff but nothing happens when I click the upgrade button on anything.

Just so I don't feel left out, same here. 10 customers, no race point, unable to unlock nodes. 

And charged $200m too.

Whats the bet all 10 of those customers are on the same IP address as you...

So let me get this right… in order to get chassis development points i need to have customers…. Thats great if thats the case… i wish you had explained this to us before launching it or did we miss the memo? As a long time loyal player  in the last year or so i have witnessed the game getting worse instead of improving. The changes made last year around August i think has kept me baffled as i have tried and developed trialling many options and still nowhere near to where i was… and now this new update has been launched without clear instructions 

Same problem. No data points after a race.

I'm certain the team mentioned that a blog post would come out in the coming days. However, that doesn't help anyone, whether they are a supplier or customer, in the meantime when it already went live.

You can’t upgrade anything, even when you have enough points. 

Still no chassis data after two races for me.

Hello i have 6 clients and 15 points, but the points data need start AND finish te race and the client need configure the car AND the chasis, no dnf or dsq in the spanish forum i intent explain good the chasis funcionament  un general off topic in spanish forum

Edit: you need one day fundation of the chasis got points data

The way it currently works is your customer team earns you data points.


Once the customer has completed their race, you’ll get rewarded 1 point for your chassis, I assume it’s bugged and this isn’t the intended way.

Same issue - finished my league race and got 0 chassis points. 

Hi Jack, I have 8 reward points, still can’t use any of these points to unlock any upgrades on the tree. 

Hey, I just woke up to 12 points with 6 clients, I raced in 2 league races so I guess the issue is resolved, I even got the extra DP.

However, when trying to improve the chasis nothing happens. I select the improvement in the chassis "tree", the button is highlighted, but nada, nothing changes.

No still don’t have the chassis supplier points from my league race yesterday - had set up for supplier before the race started - am in league of gentlemen - team name is Bear. 

I still don’t have any data from my race yesterday

No chassis for me too.

As highlighted above, I have enough data points to upgrade one of the items in the tree, however when I click it, nothing happens. 

I assume it’s bugged? I’ve tried on mobile and PC, nothing works and I can’t upgrade anything in the chassis tree.
