@Giuliano. Only the active CD contributes towards next season's design so you have to swap them during the season.
@Alberto. A few of the Wunderground links are now out of date. I don't believe Joey logs on to iGP any more so we all need to find and save our own hyperlinks to the nearest weather station to the circuit.
Not quite all at maximum. If the CD is 5 star they need to be in charge for 6 races to achieve 50% (maximum for elite). Because there are only 17 races in the season, if you have 3 CDs two will be in charge for 6 races and the other for only 5, the five race strength attribute will only reach 48%.
Also, none of the CDs should have a weakness which is the same as one of the others strength as this will cancel out. Plus, all three CDs will need to be 5 star
So the real challenge is finding THREE five star CDs, all with good strengths and weaknesses that don't clash with one another. Finding one can be difficult enough, three that work well together is extremely rare.
Finally, you're only Manager level 11 so the 5 star CD you employ today is likely to be only 4 star by the end of the season which will also prevent you from maximising the design attributes.
Question.
To start new season with 50 points in 2 stats you need have 2 CD, and, if i understand right, each CD must race minimum 6 time. The question is, after 6 races, can I sell old CD or I must bring them all until new season start?
@Alberto. Yes it's 6 races for 50 points but my experience is only for Elite tier and as I said above they must be 5 star. It is my understanding that when their job has been done they may be sold without effecting next seasons design but the question is... Why would you want to sell a five star CD with good attributes?
I am in elite and will need sold them cause I'm at low level (10), so as I level up I will need every times new CD
For this, in my case, it make no sense bring them for a long time payng his salary as in next season I will probably need 2 new CD
I have question. How pl will affect the fuel consumption? Like the percentage difference fuel consumption between pl1 and pl5 per lap.
When I worked with the pit stop strategy for singapore gp, I set 25 lap as the first stint, but with pl5, how should I set the fuel? I know the number on the strategy is for pl3, so if I fill the car with fuel for 25.2 laps, I doubt it'll be enough and lead to unexpected pit stop.

Start off assuming that each push level adjusts by 0.1 L/ lap and adjust and document as you see fit to get the desired results
Amazing post, a huge help, thank you and congrats to anyone who worked on it!
I do have a question, the number of pit stops explained more a less for 50% races gives me some doubts because I race on a 100% league and was wondering if a 3 stop strategy is the most likely to be the best in most races.
Also, the first post refers to doing qualifying with SS but doesn't that mean that i will be forced to a pitstop after just a few laps of the race?
@Pedro : SS are mainly importants for 50% races where the race distance is not long enough and where you cannot afford a +10 or +15 pos in qualifying, but for 100% races you can afford to use Softs more often, about strategy I would rather go for anything between 4 and 5 stops most of the time with the exception of a couple of races with 3 or 6 stops.

This is really strange to me, unexperienced player, because I'm on an Elite league and nearly nobody does over 3 stops. Everyone goes for either allways Medium tires with 3 stops or Hard Tires for 3 stops also.
On a 100% league does going in with 4 stops like the stints for example, Softs, Hards, Hards, Softs ? I don't see the option of going with 5 stops, does that compensate ? :/
Good night, what happens is that today 9/01/2018 at about 5 P.M. could not set the strategy for the race, and then in the race could not enter and is more than hour and twenty and nothing that ends , usually lasts 30 minutes, the league is called Colombia GP, urgent solution is needed
